I actually preferred his UYI tour godfather performances, he seemed a little rusty on it in that clip.  It seemed a tad slow too.

#1693 Dust N' Bones & Cyborg Slunks » Slash to Perform at MTV Australia Launch with Angry Anderson » 839 weeks ago

GUITAR hero Slash made one request when he signed on to a trip to Melbourne to launch rebranded cable TV channel MTV Classic.
He wanted Rose Tattoo frontman Angry Anderson to join him on stage.

"That was one of the provisos of him agreeing to come out apparently," Anderson told music reporter Cameron Adams.

"He wants to catch up, we haven't seen one another in quite a few years, but we connected on a deep and dare I say spiritual level beyond just music."

Slash sent a video message when Anderson was on This Is Your Life, his previous band Guns N'Roses also covered Rose Tattoo's Nice Boys.

He and Angry will perform that track at the MTV Classic launch - an invite-only affair at the Palace Theatre on April 28 that airs on the network on May 1 at 5pm.

"Slash could probably play up to half a dozen Tatts songs which Gunners did back in the day," Anderson said.

It's not the first time they've performed together; Slash stayed in Australia after Guns N'Roses 1993 tour - where Rose Tattoo supported them - jumping on stage at Tatts club shows in Melbourne.

Continuing his enthusiasm for Australian bands, Slash recruited Wolfmother's Andrew Stockdale to sing on his solo album Slash, which debuted at No.3 this week.

Couple of photos from a recent Glam Rock Karaoke night I went to.  I picked the most shameful Axl outfit to wear - the white bike pants.  Might not be strictly "glam rock" but was still cringeworthy - plus I've got not shame.  16

^ Bugger!

Plus it weighs heaps so postage is expensive!!!!  I think it cost me 28 pounds for shipping from the UK to Oz for it.

Hey, could you hook me up with a scan of those recording notes? I'd love to see those in detail. Also, do you have something you can actually play this on? I mean, would be grand to have the (real) multitracks for a GNR song smile.

Here are big pics of them, I have left them as links since if I post the pics they will automatically be shrunk and the writing will probably be too small to read.

Nahh I don't have anything to play this on.  It's like my DAT's I had to get somebody else to rip them for me.

The weired part is it talks about Shannon in some of the notes (I presume Shannon Hoon).  I only thought he sang on Don't Cry.

Edit - just checked the liner notes of my labum he does sing on this.  I never noticed his voice before.

Thanks for posting but am I missing something?  I saw his opening tweet about Pananma then his final one saying "nice chatting to y'all".  Where was his actual conversation?  The poster "@richardfortus" is not him so where is the conversation??
