I like Ashba. I think his work with Nikki Sixx blows Motley Crue out of the water. He was the natural fifth choice for the GNR spot (lol) and I think he could have been a good song writer considering what he have done in Sixx:Am.

In my alternate universe they would carry on Motley with DJ as the mick mars replacement when he gets too sick from his disease.
DJ is a cool guy and a good guitarist. He's a slash fan like us and he did his best to honour slash. His crime was that he just aint slash and nothing is. But thats not his fault.I'm happy he's in six and I wish him well. Great to see GNR like this though,

My dream was always the new songs with Slash and it's happened. I just hope they release a best of with them as well.
Anyone who ever thought GNR was about any other guitarist is getting schooled tonight. Jesus this is good.
