There's nothing White Album about CD. CD is one person's vision, not 3 (or 4) individual visions like the White Album was.

Well, imo there's only one great song and one good song that was released. Not far fetched to think there's only one or two in what's left.

I agree with Russ - I see no way that will ever happen.

I don't think I understand the question.

My wife knows nothing of the baggage (nor does she care) and refused to listen past Shackler's.

I must be getting old. Vegas is about the only place I can manage to be up at 4 in the morning after being up all day.

For how many years did I want, so badly, a GNR show in Buffalo? And now.... I'll be working in DC so I can't go. I'm still glad they're playing the area, but I would've loved to have had that show any time before this year. I've never been to the Outer Harbor site, but the other Harbor concerts are always a lot of fun and the bar scene in Buffalo should be great after a GnR show.
At 3 in the morning?

Here's the thing monkey: if they cut a new deal, Axl does the same old shit he's been doing since 1996 on their dime. If they don't cut a deal and release the last album, they lose the only possible payday.

My guess is they are trying to generate people's interest in new studio work from them to manipulate the record company into playing ball.

Wow. You guys have way more confidence in Axl than I do apparently.
Question: Axl threw out all these things that had to happen for things to progress. I don't remember the details, but I'm sure someone here does. What has changed?
The record company isn't going to suddenly be on board, and I know that cooperation there was one of the stipulations. The same roadblocks still exist. What in the world would make you think anything is any closer to moving forward than it was 2 or 3 years ago? A few pictures of them in the studio (and not even all together)? Please.
