I rarely listen to them now. I started the car up the other day and Paradise City was playing on the radio by chance and it rocked as much as ever though. Also last week, my son happened to put Welcome to the videos on the dvd (he's 2, he doesn't know what he's doing....or does he?) and it was great to listen to the old favourites. I had a phase of playing Better over and over in the summer but it's been a good while since I've listened to any GNR intentionally.

Well they don't generally but the armed police do go out if they believe someone is brandishing a firearm (or an MP3 player or a table leg or....)

Thank you for your kindness everyone. I pretty much knew she was dead when she didn't come back after a couple hours, that was not like her. I feel so much better for burying her, I hated the thought of her lying out there somewhere. I am certain she was killed outright so at least she wasn't struggling around wounded.
My son is only two and he has not mentioned her so far which is lucky. We've been careful not to say her name in front of him because I think then he might suddenly realise he hasn't seen her for a few days and start asking for her and he is too young to understand.
I still have her mother and her brother as well as my terrier but she's left a big gap.

Amy deserves every musical accolade she's ever got. The only embarrassing thing about her performance were the cheesy references to Blake. A British Britney? Amy's beehive has more musical talent than Britney ever will have. Amy in no way courts the press to the level of Britney, she's just genuinely eccentric.

Thanks for your support guys but she's not coming back. My ex found her today and she had been hit and killed. At least we know now and we have buried her. I am absolutely devastated nonetheless.
RIP my gorgeous girl.

We've called the RSPCA, police, dog warden and spoken to several local farmers in the area. Nothing has been reported and no-one has seen anything. My ex has been looking again and nothing. Even if we find her dead it will be better than never knowing what has happened to her.
