Would have been cool to have Elvis sing on a Bowie album. If it's just producing I don't know how exciting it would be. Weren't Elvis' late albums sort of past it?

There's plenty of material or potential for such. As always it falls on Axl's willingness to release it. The return of S&D and the support from industry could make that more likely, but we really don't know.

I could make an exception for Melissandre. Her assets can frankly not get enough screen time.
Generic nudity on the other hand is just boring, and male genitalia is disgusting.
Do you have an idea what they will make the finale out of this season? I expect to see Dani finally land in Westeros.

The potential for this show was and still is very great. Could have been a classic with proper producers behind the helm. As is they are too concerned with gratuitous nudity and violence to fully extract the dramatic potential.
Of course, I'll still be watching..

As good as that sounds, Slash, Duff and Izzy need a charismatic frontman with serious vocal skills. Not least because anything they do is going to be compared to Axl – Izzy and Duff are perfectly good on backing vocals, but their lead vocals won't cut it when people have Axl in the back of their minds.
It wouldn't cut it when they were looking to become a "new" GN'R type band, but as a fan I would take their vocals over any of the lead singers that have been in their bands over the years. If you can't replace Axl you should do something different. Izzy and Duff are more than competent as singers to pull it off.
In the end VR gave them some hits, but I doubt if many will care about those albums down the line. A bare bones project with Izzy could have been a classic.

If he nominates Loretta Lynch, someone who is actually liked by moderate republicans, the GOP will have officially shit the bed. The first female black supreme court justice... Those optics can't be undone. I actually like her and think she'd be a good fit. I don't think she'll get the nomination as they have vowed to vote no on anyone he nominates. That could very well cost them the senate.
Would be the only Protestant SCJ too, how shockingly that may sound in a majority Protestant country.

For a week Taylor-Kanye-Beyonce were THE story and it certainly boosted promo/sales for all involved.
Even Obama got involved. That tells us all we need to know really.
