Hegseth and Thiel might be the only characters on this seasons South Park to be understated.

They also announced the indefinite delay on the official GNR X page. Said the infamous SOON

Per the official Twitter page..it was in the reply fir f'd sake.
"Apologies for the delay in the music release today. Due to unforeseen technical issues with our distribution partners, the tracks Nothin’ & Atlas are not available everywhere just yet. We’re working diligently to resolve this ASAP. The songs will be available everywhere very soon."

Please don't fake tweets.

Already seen people posting on MYGNR sourcing this forum for this shit.

I'm just saying - I believe it.

It is extremely rare for tracks to not leak in advance if already uploaded. If it had been uploaded somewhere, but not released - someone would have leaked it.

The fact that there wasn't much of a push or even pushed by for example even a mention by the twitter account lends credence.

They probably knew for days or someone jumped the gun on announcing this. - point fingers at whomever. Bad communication or botched ideas is part of the experience.

People will get it in DMs, forums or discord before it comes out.

This band has become a joke really. Axl cries about some stupid marketing plan and what do they do? Mention the songs in a hidden sentence of a tour announcment which half the people didnt even see at first and thats it. nothing on their website, no teasers, nobody knows when the fuck this shit is gonna hit the streams.
but at least the fucking whore vanessa is able to post her privat jetset life on insta. TB are really the worst kind of people and absolutely incompetent and the band clearly has no desire to create any music.

I think the whore comment says it all about gnr fans on the internet imo.

Stalking the daughter of the bands manager on instragam and calling her whore, because the bands release schedule has been out off wack for 30+ years.

Is it over, then?

Can't remember the password to try logging in, but jarmo himself rarely posted there right?

Only really seemed to be GypsySoul and scattered posters from scrolling.

The forum sadly was active enough to make Evo in 2025 look like 2006 HTGTH/MYGNR.

I'm sure jarmo's not sweating it though, given he's probably been living his dream for the past couple of decades.

I'm not surfing discord servers or informed and only learned about this while randomly browsing the net, but these things always leak in advance right?

The last time something didn't, was cause it got delayed right at the end? Might be misremembering

Anyway curious to know what Nothing sounds like when it leaks, since we've only ever heard a basic base demo. I assume this is practically an almost entirely new song (relatively).

Slash/Duff were supposed to be on the Temporary Insanity album by Easy E which never got released.

Allegedly the stuff sounded like Body Count and there was barely any Easy E on it. Though someone from one of the Easy E forums claimed that it was that Slash blocked it.

Whether true or not who knows? Also whether or not the Temporary Insanity stuff would have been that related to Yellow Brick Road. I think it was a phrase used multiple times by him in diff tracks.

Any Theories?

I don't think it's a theory or hard to explain. Tommy's bass is great on the album, it's just that Ron's guitar is mixed over it.

At some point someone should have said to Axl that including these guys (Frank, Ron ect) is cool, but too many people got added when the songs were mostly finished in the 90s.

It's just a wall of sound on the album that ruins the soul of it.

imo Catcher in the Rye is the best example of this.
