This is a band that asked their fan base for money to join their website one year ago. Now that a year is almost up and they've provided NOTHING promised for the money charged....

A fool and their money...

Footage looks awesome and NO OVERDUBS!

Footage is awesome, band is awesome...Axl is abysmal. If they release this they should fix his voice up and save him the embarrassment. I'd absolutely not be interested in listening to this for 3 hours.

I saw Crue once...because Vince Neil sounded like this, and I swore I'd never waste my money on them again. Their band was fucking ace too, really tight, but his performance was lazy and an insult to the fans. Sadly, Axl isn't much better here.

I guess if it was really loud and I was there, maybe it would be different. The dancing girls were nice though.

The humidity in Florida literally feels like the heat standing on your shoulders. It's a heavy, energy zapping and inescapable. This month I've had to run the AC! In fact we've got record temps down here in St. Pete. Fuckin' blows.

The heat out west is dry, but sneaky. You'll tend to stay out longer because you're not so beat down (up front anyway) by it. Unless of course you're in someplace like Vegas where it feels like a giant hair dryer is being blown in your face 24/7.

I'm out of Florida the first week of May. When we get out west the monthly high will be 71, that's amazing to me. Looking forward to four seasons and powder skiing. I will buy a snow blower too, fuck the dumb shit.

I have never had an appraisal that didn't come in at that number.

I have and they kill deals all the time.

After the housing bust appraisers work harder, are paid less and are scrutinized like never before. Banks do not want to loan out one penny more than the value of the home for fear of losing money.

Back a few years ago yea, appraisals came in at whatever you needed them too, but not anymore. Today they are strict as hell and when they submit a report they better have the comps to back it up.

Cool.

Now is there anything left between this appraisal and close?

On a serious note, how absolutely fucked up is it that 20 kids were killed. It's bad for all the people that were killed, but 20 kids between 5-10 years old, that is absolutely terrible....!!! sad sad sad sad

It's a tragedy. Even more so that we have apathetic do-nothings who think there is no way to solve it. Their solution to dead kids all over the place is "Ah...fuck it."

LOL.  Not even worth a response.  The culture is what it is.  Passing a simple law won't change that.  Come up with a bett plan than plassing a law that has no chance of changing anything.

Who said it would be simple?

Why is requiring a thorough background check something that you are so opposed to? Mental evaluation before handing somebody a mini murder machine?

The point is that guns are much to easy to get a hold of in this country and we should make them much more difficult to acquire.

Not a tough concept.
