Dunno if it's the same as that natural stuff, but they just released something called Pepsi Raw over here recently and one of the selling points is it uses natural ingredients. Tastes good but would still prefer a normal bottle of pepsi.

Raw is the name for Throwback overseas.

Axl S, this is what used to be "normal". tongue You're just not used to the way its supposed to taste.

I really hope this catches on so other soda companies will do the same thing. I'd kill for a real Dr Pepper or Coke.

Not sure if it is the same. Ours only comes in cans, like energy drinks. It did taste a lot less artificial though. More like a real drink.

EDIT: Just googled it. Yeah they're the same drink. Hmm the problem is Raw costs £1 for one can wheras regular pepsi costs half that. sad

I just noticed gunsnroses.com never bothered to update the site and mention the whole album is now available for Rock Band 2. That positive development just kind of slipped out under the radar.

14 Thanks for the laugh. I never check the official site, so have no idea what they decide to post. Funny they can bring up "Dan Druff's missing bike", but wont mention the album being released on the most popular video game.

This band doesn't even try.

Bike was only mentioned on the Myspace. Rockband was also only mentioned on Myspace. Ergo Rockband is as important as a missing bike... oh

Really starting to get into this band. Patton's voice reminds me soooo much of my band's singer

Then you're band has one hell of a singer!

Know Your Enemy is one of the worst tracks on it. Also yes some of the "epic" tracks feel forced, as does the anti-political and anti-religous statements. It does sound like they don't know what they're talking about(see their interview with Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 for a great example of this, when they discuss religon). But despite all this most of the songs are still good and it's an enjoyable record.

I respectfully disagree.  While there are some interesting things in there.  Most, if not all, the songs suffer greatly from the lack of lead guitar.  You could argue that there could be "less" guitar but NO guitar doesn't work for me.

I agree. You need guitar. I'd have been more interested in changes that can't really be done with rockband...like rearranging the songs to have 2 constant guitar parts rather than 3 cutting in and out, and replacing some of the synth stuff with guitar. Like have paino, 1 drum, 1 rhythm, 1 new lead guitar part that hybrids some of the ideas of the others, 1 bass track and vocals. That would interest me.

Although I like the album as it is, but it would be interesting to hear the songs in that kinda way too.

That can be done with the real rockband tracks. These are just mixes made from recordings off of Rockband. Not the actual files ripped off the disk.
