Yeah, he does sound like them both on those.
The song i was talking about is Make 'Em Pay, the third track off the album. I heard that first vocal line and swore Chris had done guest vocals.

I know the recent buzz has been pessimism with the Scott rehab thing, but the reunion could still be a go. STP were added to Rock on the Range's top friends list on MySpace today and the line up will be announced on Tuesday, and if STP are on it could finally make the reunion official
more good news, last year all of the bands on their top friends list ended up being the lineup for the event, so it's looking VERY likely that this tour is still on, tuesday could be our confirmation.

Maybe it's a similar situation with VR. Scott was strung out while they were trying to get him in VR, so he voluntarily went to rehab, and then joined the band.
Maybe he's promised the DeLeos to go through rehab and then kick off a tour with them. Maybe they can keep him clean this time...

On some songs the singer sounds just like Cornell.
I saw them in concert opening for Avenged Sevenfold. They did a really good job.
