In next weeks episode preview we see the dragon and snow face off. Is this the moment the Dragon realizes snow has Targaryan blood in him and obeys him?

If they follow the books, only one dragon per person.  Dany can't ride her other 2 and no one can ride Drogon while both Dany and Drogon are alive.  That being said, I do expect Drogon to show some kind of attachment to Jon.  Jon's obviously going to ride Rhaegal (the green one) since it's named after his father.

Pretty sure it was Bronn. Drogan landed by the ballista, where Bronn was.

Yea messandai and danyerys get it on in the books

From my recollection in the books Sansa is being steered toward being a villain and  quite content to play the game of thrones to LF's tune by posing as his neice...she was not sad to see Lysa get killed and was more open to LF's advances

In the book Baelish is still master of coin, he controls the fingers (his homeland), Harrenhal, the Eyrie and is talking about claiming winterfell with Sansa

Correct me if I'm wrong

Messandei is 8 in the books (I believe she's a faceless man) so they don't get it on. But Dany never lost the dothraki and pentoshi maids she had in book/season 1, so they fill that role.

In the books, is Sansa moving towards being a villain?

umm, I would say maybe? Her story is left off in the books after Lysa dies.  The whole Lysa murder is a lot more complicated, but the show did it right.  There's a cousin to Robin who's called Harry the Heir (great name, huh?) who LF wants to marry Sansa too after Sweet Robin is out of the picture.  She's more aware of her sexuality in the books, but so is everyone.  Cersei and Dany engage in sex with women.

I don't think they know what to do with Sansa. They don't want to make her a villain, and the scene they showed her ruling was just laughable. Like she would know more about armor than commanders and blacksmiths.

I doubt Jon returns home this season, so they're trying to show she's a ruler.  But they never set her up for this. They set her up to deceive, and I don't see them having her follow through on that fucking over Jon.  Bran's the wise one and Arya is the tough one. Sansa just doesn't really fit in her story. But if they can show her holding the North together in a conflict, maybe they can turn her deception training into just realizing how the game is played, and using that realization to protect hers.

Euron has been fantastic and it's good to have a real villain again. I think his time is at an end though. The dothraki and unsullied are both on land. His sea threat isn't much anymore. I just don't see him being part of anything big since we know from the season trailer they'll be headed north soon. The only place he could raid is Old Town, and what's really the point?

If they're going to pair up Dany and Jon, they need to establish both of them as strong characters otherwise you rob either of their past actions and arc. Creating conflict early on is a way to them to win each other over.  I really don't see anyone else for her to pair with. She can't marry Theon. Jorah's a no. That leaves Jamie, Tyrion and Robin Aryyn. Jon looks best setup, considering his parentage.

No idea on Arya's long game though. Getting to King's Landing to clip Cersei doesn't seem likely soon. So we'll see what happens. I don't see how her faceless skills help against the Night King.

Saw that last night. FUNNY AS SHIT!!!

I watched it too. My question is, who defends the shit Trump says?  Who defended his McCain comments?  Who thinks any of that shit Maher quoted is ok?  No one on this forum has defended it. In fact, everyone has condemned it.

We're all in agreement it's stupid and embarrassing. Even Fox News mocks him for this. I don't think there's any real contingent that thinks it's appropriate. Claiming there's any large group who thinks it's acceptable is making a parody of the truth.

That's a big fat lie. I rarely give opinions on leaks. I don't really have a strong view on them one way or the other.

I'm putting that Trump clip up there, because he loved leaks before...and now he hates them. I'm not sure if I must spell everything out for you because you're dumb, or simply  dishonest.

Randall Flagg wrote:

See Trump before he was POTUS.

And what we're seeing now, are leaks from the intelligence community, reported by the press. Two groups agent Orange thought he could attack and have zero repercussions. Many of these people probably know things we don't, and consider Donald a true danger to our country and the world. You reap what you sow.

And if they were releasing shit of any substance, I might understand why they're doing this. They're not. They're releasing phone calls between Trump and heads of state, the contents of which you've already known for months. This is nothing more than rubbing salts in a wound for ratings.

When they leak a call of Jr talking with Putin or Bannon talking about deploying the military to Chicago, then you may have a point. All this is anounts to is releasing private correspondence to push the narrative Trump is an asshole. That's not reporting. No more than leaked footage of Clinton or Obama taking a shit would be reporting or newsworthy.

They're taking confidential or classified information and exploiting it solely for money. In any other profession, no one would question criminality. Nothing protects those who are actively working to undermine the President and in turn the United States. Sessions should consider bringing charges against reporters who egregiously exploit WH info just to create a story and ratings. Let a jury decide.

Supporting this shit is only supporting hurting Trump and the country's standing.

Talk about being a headline only reader.  But back to that whole consistency thing, I opposed the Snowden, Manning, Podesta and WH leaks.  You've been all over the map depending on how it suited your world view.  Using Trump as an example of an intellectual is your first mistake, but I refer to my original statement.  Anyone who is giddy at these leaks between world leaders getting out, doesn't give a fuck about America and is a morally bankrupt person, only happy to see their political enemies fall.  You should really watch GoT.  I think you'd identify with Cersei quite a lot.

This will be the shortest episode in the history of the series. Total BS. sad

Yea, I was a bit disappointed when I heard that. They've already shortened the season. Just have more dialogue with Bran or Arya. Show the tourney at harrenhall ffs. Just don't cut 10 minutes when you have plenty of characters to fill it with.
