So Comey did tell Trump he wasn't personally under investigation 3 times in his prepared testimony before Congress. At what point will this nonsense end? Trump is the President.
Will James Brown and Schiff apologize? Will our board members who called for impeachment admit they were wrong? In short, TRUMP WAS NEVER UNDER INVESTIGATION. Though I'm sure the goal post will be moved again and I'll be called a bunch of names. I believe the great poet W. Axl Rose once said "It's harder to live with the truths about you than to live with the lies about me"

No, I knew things like that happen, I never denied it (lol) I accept they have to make deals like that. Obama never touted the fact he did it as a major accomplishment of his presidency and lied about what they were getting in return. Especially when Trump criticized the Iran deal.
Barry only gave a Trump a great economy... which Trump said was a lie and then tried to take credit for.
Nah, he just gave us a nuclear Iran and returned 5 Taliban for a deserter and called said deserter a "Soldier who served with honor and distinction".

These counter points are really funny. Because I didn't speak out on it at the time it makes the act...okay? Tbh, I didn't know, had I known I would have spoke out. The fact is he surpassed what Obama did in 8 years in that one deal.
You didn't know cause you didn't care to question Obama. Your media told you he was awesome and ignored all the things he fucked up on.
Even now, you refuse to acknowledge we give weapons to these countries so they can kill the shitbags before we have to. Completely partisan. That's what happens when you rely on gut feelings and not fact. You handwaive the idiot who lacked a single successful foreign policy endeavor and wrecked the Middle East while allowing Russia to go unchecked, resulting in them being bold enough to tamper with our election. But hey, Barry talked suave so just ignore he and his party accomplished jack shit after 2009.

So the vid says like 18% of all 1.6B Muslims hold some kind of radical belief ... and the murdering/killing extremist portion is anywhere between 200k to 500k with ISIS making up about half of that number.
Wikipedia says that the US Armed Forces is like 2.5M strong incl reserves. (Canada is only 320k lol)
What does this mean? Are you equating the US Military with ISIS or saying that the US Military can some how negate radical Islam? Cause if it's the latter, you're wrong. And I sure as hell don't want to live in an environment where Soldiers are setup and running searches on every corner to route out threats. If it's the former, I have nothing else to say to you.

I am a firm believer that if u want to move to a new country that you should make a concentrated effort to integrate into the society of that country ... I know, at least in my area, that doesn't always seem to happen.
The last real whacko Christian that I can recall is David Koresh, I don't think he fancied himself a terrorist, but the results of his actions were pretty terrifying ... and done in the name of "God".
I was born and raised Roman Catholic...but I'm pretty jaded and haven't practiced religion in a looking time.
And Koresh didn't kill anyone. He led a cult that lived in isolation and told his voluntary followers he was Jesus. Stupid, yes. But it wasn't until Reno and Clinton wanted to make a stand that they burned Waco to the ground and killed a bunch of people who's only crime was joining a cult. Compare that with the millions of extremist Muslims worldwide who wouldn't hesitate for a second to butcher you and your daughter.
Koresh didn't just call himself Jesus he was stockpiling weapons for a war and RAPING LITTLE GIRLS.
The Christian empire was built on terrorism and destroying other religions. It worked for them. They had the power of that empire to do what they wanted to anyone they wanted. We're still dealing with the entitlement mindset of Christians in this country.
And Muslims conquered North Africa and Southern Europe and completely changed the composition of the Iberian peninsula. You're talking about shit 800 years ago. How about staying in the 21st century.

I find it hard to believe that there are millions of extremists
Approx how many strong is the US Army? I would to think the amount of people loyal to ISIS is a fraction of that ... tho i have no idea really
Historically the Catholic Church has done some pretty terrible things in the name of God ... the Inquisition and the Crusades (which was against Muslims) come to mind ... granted that was a long fucking time ago ...
There's over 1.2 billion Muslims worldwide. If only 2% are extremist, which plenty of studies have quantified this, that means millions. And they're primarily from the 6 countries Trump included on his ban.

The only one being simplistic is you. You ignore ideology and say "THIS PERSON IS IN A BOX, SO THE BOX MUST BE A PROBLEM." Pat yourself on the back for being an athiest. You're still a member of the church of climate change.
Islam is not a western religion. It had no part is shaping or creating the West. It's as foreign as they come. We're not talking about brown people who speak spanish. We're talking about people who genuinely believe they go to heaven if they kill an infidel. It's a core tenant of their faith. Even in countries like the UK and US, the overwhelming majority of Muslims hold beliefs that are at direct odds with egalitarianism. You get in an uproar if some baker refuses to make a cake for a gay couple. But you ignore that almost all Muslims are universally opposed to gay marriage and would refuse to make that same cake. But somehow the videos of the Islamic baker refusing to make the gay wedding cake don't make it to court or the nightly news.
You want to pretend it's an apples to apples comparison. It's not.

Smoking Guns wrote:ID we seem to all agree on the religion thing. Can we all agree there is a bigger problem with the Muslim Faith than the Jewish or Christian faith and stop trying to create some bullshit false equivalency like Mitch and MSNBC likes to push?
That's not exactly my point...my point is what good does it do to divide and organize terror atracks based on religious affiliation? And if we in insist on doing that, then you have to have a category for Christian terrorism as well as Muslim or Islam or Jewish.
But even more, the dangers of these categories lead to over-generalization. Which leads to fear mongering. Which then leads one person to force another to put yourself in a category so we know for sure whose side you're on.
Didnt you just ask muslims to no longer use the word Muslim?
This is so disingenuous. Where are the Jewish and Christian terrorists? Who are these people killing in the name of Christ or Jehova?
These terrorist acts are being done by Muslims in the name of Allah. That's the key difference. Dylan Roof was probably a Protestant, but he didn't kill for Jesus. He killed for white supremacy. So why don't you defend the KKK and remind us that not every Neo Nazi shoots up a black church?
Worse, these people are almost universally 1st or 2nd generation immigrants. They "flee" persecution, setup shop in an enclave isolated from the people who actually built and defined their nations, then when they do something horrible you yell "he was just as British/American as Queen Elizabeth/Trump".
It's a completely dishonest way of communicating.
I don't think there's an answer. These people don't want to be western. They have no interest in abandoning their culture and biases like the millions who left their homes in Europe and migrated to North America. And you'd rather pretend Christianity and Judaism are just as concerning as Islam. It wouldn't be constitutional to take the necessary steps in America, and Europe thinks they're "strong" holding up peace signs the day after they're attacked.
But Trump is the asshole because he wants to stop the flow of migrants from the regions most likely to spawn extremists. You seriously need to leave your bubble. You only get to exist in it because men braver and smarter than you sacrificed to create it. Once it pops, you'll be woefully unprepared for what comes next. All your protesting and signs won't matter once that happens.

Yeah, they kind of have to, like when our bone headed president comes out declares there was a terrorist attack in Manila when there wasn't one.
I agree, Islamic terrorism and Christian obstructionism. I think if any American Christian politician makes one decision/vote/bill based on their faith they are disqualified from holding office and should resign. Agree?
So long as we ageee no politician who relies on science they don't understand or appeal to some ideology they can't defend with logic. So any politician advocating a $15 minimum wage or free college for all should resign, agree?
