I see the bootleg as a whole is of really poor quality (too poor for a song of the week spot), but it's Axl's best performance since...the 80s? so I'm just going to post it here.

Band was awesome.
Video itself was fantastic.
Great to see Izzy.
Axl was the worst part. He had his moments, but for the most part sucked.
Sorry to be a downer. Very disappointing, although not surprising. I just watched it, then deleted the video.
Also, they should have done something like this 5-10 years ago, rather than strike when the iron was cold.
I did notice that face that Ron made too. No forum exaggeration there.
Pretty spot on. I find it odd they chose to release this performance, seemingly raw, when he was already doing redubs 15 years ago.
It's not VMA levels catastrophe though.

You've got to be kiddng me. You know what's unprofessional..... not editing Ron's reaction out of the video. FBut no lets leave it in cause we're the dumbest fucking organization on the planet. You think Ron is the unprofessional one? Your defense and blind fanatisim of Axl Rose has officially jumped the shark. Seriously.
Two wrongs doesn't make a right. I'm well acquainted with the shambles of the GN'R organization.
This is so hilarious. It's beyond hypocritical that you sit there saying how it's bad form on Ron's part and he should be more respectful to his boss. Axl's been known to verbally blast his own bandmates on stage in the past, Axl's late starts are consistently bad etiquette and it's THE very reason this promotional event had to be cut short. s it so fucking hard o get on stage at a poper time for a promotional evnt? Tell me again who's showing bad etiquette . You sit there and say Ron should fall in line and respect the boss? Nice fucking band. What a joke and the blind faith/love of Axl's fans has reached epic proportions with the last few comments.
Been known? You mean once? When he called out the band for being a little too hard on the heroin? Yeah, what a dick.
Other than that however Axl has always been loyal to active band members. On stage, in interviews, on pretty much anything. And it's not like he doesn't have plenty of stories to tell if he should want it.
Of course it's his fault the show got cut short. We all know this. Am I saying Ron doesn't have grounds for his complaints? No, I'm saying keep that shit locked in the back and deal with it internally. Sowing seeds for public complaints doesn't help anyone.
And yes, apparently it is hard for Axl to get on stage in time. How else do you explain he's late every time? You like to think that's because he's a dick who enjoys fucking with the fans, I like to think it's because he genuinely has problems getting ready for stuff in time. It's just the way he is. I really don't see the upside of doing it for shits and giggles. He's not that crazy.
But whatever, I'm not excusing Axl's antics in that department. I'm criticizing Ron for stating his opinions where they don't belong. Just because Axl got his issues doesn't give the lead guitarist carte blanche to act like a disloyal prat. Either take the band (and the paycheck) for what it is or go find yourself another job.
