Is the General an intro or Jackie Chan?
It's a full song, and it's not related to Jackie Chan/Hard School. Part of it was supposedly used in 2006 as the intro for the shows. Apparently very dark and heavy, and about child abuse.
To answer the OP, who knows. I'd guess that The General, if it is out there in full and good quality, would be one of the last truly high value items left for the hoarders, because it wouldn't be part of the storage leaks which multiple people have and are being spread around. If it starts getting circulated more, or one of these idiots screw the other over in a trade, I'd imagine that's the only way it leaks soon.

I doubt it. Wasn't Brain one of the main writers for The General. Also the hints you could hear from that cell phone clip from a few years ago sounded different..
And The General is supposedly on the storage locker tapes as an instrumental under the title of Prom Violence. Not to mention, assuming the '06 show intro was actually a snippet of The General, which the consensus is that it is, then it sounds absolutely nothing like State of Grace.

It's fucking trippy. Dig the absolute shit out of it. This really feels like one of the few songs from the CD era, aside from Silkworms, that truly is deviated from the "GN'R sound" to me.
