Generally I think it's silly to label yourself with anything, but apart from that seeing a 50 year old man still feeling the need to validate himself is just sad.

I'd like to hear what Buckethead could have done to this baby:

Baffles me how the band treats this like it doesn't even exist. Easily in GN'R top 10, maybe even top 5, and certainly one of Slash' best solos.

That mashup is terrible. Best Buckethead version available is from Boston and wtf is the washed up Slash version from 2010 about?

The nightrain solo is all about the pitch around the 0.50 mark in the  Buckethead video. Slash was more consistent at that, but what BH does in that video is really special. Like Madagascar from Rio it's really hard to nail a great solo. That's the problem with Bumblefoot, he never nails it. He just kinda plays it, very very fast.

I think it worked cause it was so terrible yet harmless and not greaseballish.  her reaction was "Oh my god that's awful, is that the best you can do?" And my asnwer was "yup".  She laughed and that was that, we dated for about four months.

I stopped at one too. New Years Eve party when I was 18.

Are you the girl with hair long enough to wipe your ass?

She slapped me. As revenge I downed half her bottle of Vodka and passed out in the snow. Worst hangover I ever had.

Knowing him he'll probably ask some half candid questions about Axl. Could be interesting.

#3928 Re: The Sunset Strip » Boardwalk Empire » 810 weeks ago

After 7 episodes it's already getting close to topping Sopranos and Deadwood. The show is incredible in every way. Music, photography, characters, acting, script. Just a real solid package. It may lack the enigmatic lead character of Swearengen and Tony, but over all I think it's a much tighter show. Whereas in the other shows there could be some dull moments with the smaller characters, in Boardwalk Empire even the bit parts are engaging and fleshed out.

The Sopranos writers seem to have blossomed, and this show might end up being the pinnacle of their career. Michael Pitt is going to explode after this, such a great actor, such a screen presence, and the looks to land big Hollywood leads.

Check it out if you haven't already, this is history in the making. Be aware though it make take a few episodes to get into, cause it definitely doesn't underestimate the viewer.
