January-April 2024: SMKC tour in support of "4".
Summer 2024 (?): Slash solo album release and tour / Possibly new solo album/EP by Duff.
Fall 2024: Duff solo tour / Recording of next SMKC album.
2025: Release and tour (?) in support of new SMKC / GN'R tour (?)

He’s really only talked about Sorry from CD and that it’s not about (at the time) any old band mates, which is crazy
He has also talked about Catcher In The Rye and the title track (and ofc Rhiad).
Did he ever specifically mention This I Love being about Stephanie?
Not specifically, but the way he talked about it during a show points at her:
Axl: The person I wrote that song [=This I Love] for said, "Thank you for the gift of your soul." Well, it took a while, but I got that fucker back. [Telia Parken, Copenhagen, Denmark, June 27, 2017]
We also have what Dave Dominguez said about it being a "Stephanie" song.

Guys Axl said it years ago, The blues or Street of dreams is about Dylan and it was the message he wanted him to read when he grew up, he lived with him and treated him like his son, those are memories of Axl who doesn't know if only They are that, memories of a past that only lives in him, there is the interest that Dylan as an adult would listen to it, as a reminder that he once played his father!, his father.
He hasn't said that or anything about a particular song being about Dylan. He only said that he hoped Dylan would listen to the album one day to hear the truth.
I interpret Prostitute as a "letter" to Dylan through which Axl talks about various things.

Was there ever an update about this case or the Fernando case since?
No sleuths checking/tracking documents/filings?
There has been no development in Axl's case, except that the lawsuit seems to have been served and it's likely that there will be some kind of response from Axl's side later this month.

Oh shit. So why did they wait so long to release it if they didn’t edit the mix?
The delay was because of the quality of the vinyl pressing, not the mix.

But the biggest surprise is that Caram is that they kept Caram's mix, even though Perhaps was mixed by someone else (Joe Barresi). I suppose this is an old mix from 2-3 years ago, but I would expect that there would be at least some consistency for the two sides of the vinyl.
Very interesting. We hope that the mixes of the two tracks are good.
The mix of The General is exactly the same as the leak (so not good).

It's already out in New Zealand and Australia. Credits from youtube about who is playing on it and production/mixing (the "The General and Monsters" credits from SESAC were about who wrote it).
Some surprises here. Brain's friend Marc "Mirv" Haggard (one of his two friends he co-wrote The General and Seven with) is on the track and they also kept Pitman on it.

Slash said, they have new songs, and he's hoping for a GN'R album late next year, and they have also worked on older songs, no details on that. Separately, on another day maybe a month later, he was asked about his comments album releasing an album with the current songs, and that received no comment.

I'm just throwing that in there for discussion. Twas on the net.
Prior to all the lawsuit stuff, the latest from GN'R was all positive. There is new, the beginnings of new GN'R material that is not related to CD, there. There was also wording that some historic older material was possible. Slash is expecting this later next year. I asked though about his previous assertions that there was an album for all the post CD material that had been release, and there was no response. So, I don't know.

Statement from Axl's lawyer:
The rocker's attorney, Alan Gutman of Gutman Law, tells TMZ ... "Simply put, this incident never happened. Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires."
Gutman continues ... "Though he doesn’t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff, and has never heard about these again fictional allegations prior to today."
Finally, he finishes with this ... "Mr. Rose is confident this case will be resolved in his favor."
