What we need is a CD naked.. Like the Beatles did with Let it Be.. They came out with a stripped down version called "Let it Be Naked"...
Which sucked.
People will get used to it. Nobody will remember what the demo's sounded like in a few years time.

To be honest the finished version of If the World its killer. Wasn't a fan of the song when it leaked. Love the drum beat to Shackler's and the new drum fills in IRS as well as the added guitar which I think is Ron's best contribution to the record as well as those parts added to The Blues.
If The World is one of the great accomplishments of this album. It takes on a completely new approach and succeeds magnificently.

Am I the only one glad May was removed? 
I love it now. The demo was always lacking musically, now we have two fantastic guitar solos accompanying Axl's heartfelt vocals.
It may be my favorite song on the album now.

It's a fuckin' comedy. Those that cared the most and stood by the band for all these years, decades, are the ones ending up being burned. And we have nobody else to blame but ourselves. (Yeah, yeah, blame Axl Bono, he didn't force you

Chinese Democracy, Better, The Blues, TWAT, IRS, Madagascar they all sound great. But I don't think I'll be listening to them again for a long time. It's like getting a copy of AFD pretending it's new.
Shackler and Rhiad don't do much for me, but decent songs to pick up once in a while.
Prostitute, If The World, This I Love, Sorry, Scraped and Catcher all sound amazing though. I keep imagining what this album would have been like had we not heard half of it for years already. It's a shame, I consider 12 out of 14 songs killer, but I will only listen to 6 of them for a couple of weeks. After that I'll probably not listen to CD for a long time.
