Dude, it's science.  The surface is exposed to extreme levels of radiation.  Water DOES not exist on the surface.  It evaporates as soon as it would breech.  These are laws of biology and physics.  I'm done with this topic.  Obviously some people get emotional over it and I have no interest in offending people.  Live Long and Prosper.

The top one is definitely not a plane nor building similar to the WTC attack obviously.  Because I don't know the context of the 2nd building, I can't comment.  But notice how there isn't a sihlouette of the plane's wings in either photo, which is a common citation of proof of a missle attack among 9/11 truthers.

There's plenty of airline crashes to use as reference, and several that actually hit skyscrapers. None of them fell like the WTC did.

That damage at the Pentagon isn't even the size of an airliner. Gimme a break. Maybe a truck bomb or something of that nature, but not an airplane.

Are you failing to see something in the photos?  The first picture I provided showed the 75ft width of the hole in the Pentagon.  In the 2nd Lair of the Pentagon,  there is a smaller, 15ft wide hole that was caused by the landing gear as the main portion of the plane basically vaporized on impact.

Please for the love of god.  If you people are going to make claims about 9/11, please do some basic research.

Oh and James, please provide me some examples of Boeings crashing into other skyscrapers of similar design and material as the WTC.  I'm sure you've looked this up before and have a well thought out explanation. 2

Oooh, being such an X-Files fan I can already tell I'm gonna love this thread. Thanks for posting those, James. "Smoking gun" is damn right. Man, that pic sort of creeps me out, to be honest. Don't worry, I'll have something worthwhile to contribute when I'm not so groggy.

By the way, Randall Flagg, you wouldn't happen to be a fan of Howard Chaykin's American Flagg! graphic novels, would you? I sure am. I'm co-writing a script right now called Burning Flagg where I've even named the main character Eddie Flagg. Just, it's an interesting spelling if you didn't take it from the same source.

Umm, there is nothing arrogant about it; it's a scientific fact.  The reason Earth is protected from Solar Winds and Radiation is because of our magnetic field and ozone layer.  Mars is geologically dead, it lacks the strong magnetic force the Earth has that deflects solar winds.  It also lacks the Ozone layer.  These are simple facts that can be googled in a second.  No scientist that I'm aware of has ever claimed that life existed on the surface, certainly not to the extent you're claiming.

James, I respect you as a poster, but you're going nutso over two blurry photos, one taken from space even.  You're basing a belief in intelligent life on Mars because of an image that slightly resembles a humanoid walking.  Don't you think that in the thousands of pictures available we'd have seen something more, maybe even vegetation?  You can buy telescopes that can view the martian surface from your back yard, do don't give me some govt coverup excuse.  Your statement is about as scientifically grounded as claiming the moon is made of cheese - literally.

edit : Astronomy and our knowledge of the planets has increased DRAMATICALLY over the past 20 years.  They thought there would be vegitation and plant life on Mars during the 70s until we actually reached the planet.

Here is a link from Britannica explaining why teh surface is sterile. : http://www.britannica.com/eb/article-9110149/Mars

How many Jetline crashes have you scene?  How many have you scene crash into a fortfied building?

actually that was meant as a reply to flagg...but was not posted as such. I am on your side of the debate, if there are sides, that is.

What are you talking about?  The scholars list their area of expertise and occupation.  This is no secret and is commonly known about the scholars for truth.  I have provided a source for all my arguments.  I support the offical, logical story and have evidence to support it.  Many of you assert a coverup and then attempt to work backwards to justify it.  No one has yet to provide a linear theory of alternate causes and events, just multiple scenarios to unique times of the attack.

I'm sure an intelligent civilization could adapt, but there'd be architecture ala Total Recall to support such a civilization.  You certainly wouldn't see a "sasquatch" type creature walking down a martian slope.  I'm not saying intelligent life doesn't exist in the universe (I believe it does) or that it may have one time existed on Mars ( Mars was once very similar to Earth), but there is no intelligent life on Mars now.

#4369 Re: The Garden » Life on Mars?? Starting to look that way... » 920 weeks ago

The surface of mars is sterile.  With little atmosphere, radiation exposure would destroy life on the surface.  While I'm not discounting the possible of bacteria or other similar life forms below the surface, humanoids are not present on the surface of mars.  The whole face on mars pic has been proven just a mirage just as I'm sure this "woman" is as well.  I want the Vulcans to land as much as anyone else, but intelligent life only exists on one planet in this solar system.

Conspiracy Theorists got jobs too, many of them the exact same degrees as the guys at PM. There is such a thing as 'Scholars For 911 Truth', http://st911.org/

The majority of these scholars are experts in areas of no relveance to physics, and have no positions within academia.  Perhaps its possible the "truth" movement is a vehcile to bring them much needed money and exposure.
