I’d also like to add that Flagg has threatened to post personal info about me and my business as well. He has expressed intentions to hurt or damage my reputation.

He should be banned for this. Any other site would have banned him immediately or at least suspended him. This violates the rule of any message board I've ever seen. Posting personal information of other users or threatening them.

Flagg was banned before for doing the same thing, outing my personal information on HTGTH. Admin shut him down immediately:
This isn't a matter of " I wish everybody would cool their jets." This is a matter of one forum user threatening to write bad reviews and contact clients/customers of other users who have businesses. This is not a joke. Flagg has a history of doing this and continues to do this here because he faces zero repercussion from the administrators of this site. I have voiced my complaints to James about this months ago after Flagg did this again, but James took no action.
The rules here specifically say: No posting personal information of other members, examples being phone number, address,email,etc.
Flagg has done this over and over via threats in real life. Now, since he goes unchecked here he threatens legal action. See a pattern?
When will something be done about this ? Doing nothing as a site owner = complicity and likewise responsibility.
Bad reviews of our businesses, contacting our businesses, harassing our clients, will fall on Flagg. But they will also fall on GnR Evo, because they allowed Flagg to use their site as a platform to threaten, intimidate and harass users personally and financially. That's the entire point of his threats, to damage you financially.

Be sure to remind him that you:
PM me giving me details about my life, on more than one occasion. Which is a subtle threat.
Have said my real name more than once on a public forum. Which is a subtle threat.
Talked openly about what I do for a living and mentioned contacting my clients to "tell them about me." Which is a subtle threat.
Openly talked about looking my personal information up via my website and sharing it with others. You also defended this behavior, saying it was your right to do so.
These are all online for everybody to see. Including your attorney.
Quit threatening me with this crazy shit.
Quit PMing me. I never PM you or return your PMs. I don't want to talk to you.
Don't say my real name online.
Quit peppering posts with details about my personal life.
Don't talk about my business, or contacting anybody in regards to my business
Don't talk about my wife or child ever
Let's also remember that you were banned from HTGTH for posting my personal information online. You have a history of doing this about me and it continues here. Make sure your lawyer reads that one over:

Edit: Removed, redundant.
Flagg was banned from my site a few weeks ago because he posted personal information about me again and continued to threaten me with legal action via PMs (this isn't his first time doing this).
I suspect this is him doing damage control. I don't harass anybody online or in real life, unless you define "harassment" as replying to other people on message boards. That's the extent of my communication with him.

Replying to you on a forum is not "harassment." I only "engage" with you on this forum and prior to that mine. Let's make that very clear. You're not going to come online and make this shit up so you can take this to another level.
I have a life. A very busy life. I work 7 days a week building my business and have a new child. I don't give a FUCK about you. I sure as shit don't care enough to harass you in any way or do something "around your house."

The kids have a real position they believe in, I respect that. I don't respect the 4 douchebag, phony, fame whores who are sponsored by myriad of liberal groups and are in no way grass roots.
Who do you think is going to back them? The Tea Party?
That article I posted was pretty clear. These kids put this together themselves from the start. They also went through their strengths/weaknesses and picked who would be their face for their group. Who is backing them now is irrelevant. Is it surprising that people who advocate gun control would back a group of kids asking for the same thing? Their movement has caught national attention, knocked the NRA off balance a bit, and is getting support from millions in this country.
I'm surprised you'd talk about these kids this way. They had 17 of their friends hunted down and murdered in school and now you call them "phony, fame whores" ? That's pretty shitty, no wonder Flagg is cheering you on.
