The outro vocals are different. There’s def added vocals in the chorus. I could be wrong, but either they were way enhanced or new. Idk, I’m picking up different melodies in the tone at certain points than in the demo.
Maybe so on the later parts you mentioned. I only compared the first 10-20 seconds and it sounds like the same vocals to me. That's the main part of the song that repeats over and over.

Any "new" vocals on any of these songs are more than likely from 2006-7...or "flown in" from other songs.
Again...I'm ok with it.
I don't think we would want to hear a "new" version of it. Axl's voice is gone these days. Whatever was left of it, I think he used it all on the AC/DC gigs in 2016.

Sounds like new vocals. Guess that was more than a sound check and Axl was singing
I don't think it's new vocals. Sounds identical to the old leak from 4-5 years ago, just better quality on the new release. Maybe added some effects to the vocal, but it's still the same voice from 20+ years ago at the core of the song.

Currently #11 on the iTunes song chart. Not bad for an old geezer band.

LOL, I didn't even notice that. I was just shocked that they released an actual music video since it's been so long.
I made sure to watch the whole thing after I clicked on it just in case they decided to pull it down. We’re so jaded!
I downloaded it from YouTube server and I have it saved in a private server for personal viewing, just in case the band or whoever decides to delete the YouTube version at some point.

What's to stop them from releasing an album now? If you assume they can release 2 more CD reheated leftover tracks. That makes 6 and you can basically pad it out with whatever fucking live version of whatever classic songs you want. Basically Lies in the 21st century.
That's kind of all I wanted from them is to release enough songs over time that the fans can put together an album themselves if they wish to do it. We now have 4 singles (14 minutes of music) released from 2018 to now, apparently with a 5th song on the way in The General. We are creeping up on a 8-song collection that could be labeled an album.

Here's an archived version of the web page in case the original page gets deleted. Never know with this band, so it's worth archiving it.

So when is it going to be officially released?

The real sad thing is the Illusion albums, where too much attention is given to cover songs like Knocking On Heaven's Door or Live and Let Die. People are really missing out if they've never heard Coma, Locomotive, Pretty Tied Up, Breakdown, 14 Years, Dust & Bones, Double Talking Jive, Don't Damn Me, Bad Obsession, etc.
Estranged????
It has gotten plenty of attention over the last 32 years, thanks in part to being released as a single/video.
