While I'd have to go through CD Whispers to be sure, I don't think there was a finalized tracklist at that time.

I'm not. 99% of the material dates back to the early years of the project.
Forgot Chinese Whisperes existed. Gotta give that another read.
The only reason I think it was recorded 99 was because all the songs that leaked were from 99. It also has that, for the lack of a better word, aesthetic as the other songs

I'm really surprised Going Down was from 99.
Is there a way to know which songs would have made it to the 99 album?
Also, is Madagascar 99 any different from the 2001 version?

The way I understand the story is that the trader (patabilor) got screwed and decided to leak what he had.
