everyone was talking about the crappy performance at the vma's, not madagascar being a bad song, weren't they?
Yeah, I found that wrong AND the whole point about Maddy being a bad song in general. I think it's solid enough. Myb not the best song on the album but probably in the upper half. It certainly doesn't bring the whole album down, that's for sure.

I never thought 'Sorry' was all that great. The bridge is great ("You got all the answers... you know everything.." & "Nobody owes you.. not one G*d damn thing..") but aside from that it's pretty bad. I said it before too, reminds me alot of the musical arrangement of Queens "We are the Champions".

1, 3, 4 & 8 are basically what it boils down to. (The BH being scary is ridiculous, but the overall "This isn't GnR" point is accurate.

I always liked Tremonti after hearing that song One.
As for Creed vs. Hinder, I gotta go with Creed on that one. Easy. Hands down. Hinder was a bad one hit wonder & their song sucked. Didn't they sing "Hate Me Today"?! Uggghhhh, that song couldn't be awful enough.
EDIT: Ok, they sang "Lips of an Angel" that song wasn't much better. Almost worse.

If CD flops, do u think we will get another CD from Axl who barely released this one? He will go back into hiding forever if this flops.

U have the CD, I am happy for u. for us to have future CDS and to have Axl around, this CD needs to validate him.
Dude, I waited 17 years for this album. By no means am I going to continue anticipating another GnR album. I'm 35, I snuck Chinese Democracy into my late adolescence/early adulthood era. I'm grown up now, there is no more "waiting for the next album" for me.
