Wow. Maybe he'll find it hard to stop after Europe and I can right the wrong of missing him.

I just watched the CitR vid, and it was really good. It suits Axl's voice these days, for sure. I've always loved the way the song flows. It's one of those songs you can sing along with and every once in awhile have your brain point out you didn't even know you knew the words.

#573 Re: Guns N' Roses » Can someone ID what show this Axl scream footage is from? » 704 weeks ago

I honestly and truly believe he could condition himself back to at least 2002, if not 2006, style and power wise. I know you can't stay on the ride forever, but 50 ain't that old. If he weren't a singer, and wasn't Axl Rose specifically, no one would even bat an eye at his age. Let's face it, the dude wrote himself songs that almost no one (including himself at times) could pull off in their 20's. So he's got a hard row to hoe, but I really think he's stopped conditioning to some extent.

Based only on the trailer, I'm proclaiming this movie to be poo. Liked the column of zombies effect at the end though.

Anyone who likes this kind of thing should read the book though, it's a bucket full of awesome.

Very cool! Hopefully they warm up something special tomorrow so they can play it on the weekend?

14 You're shameless you know!  I hope they DO warm up something awesome tomorrow, for your sake, dude. (And Stacey and buzz.)

I vote Breakdown.

'Member my shameless post above? I think Catcher, TWaT and The Seeker all have something to say about it 16

TWAT alone would have done it for me.  But yeah, killer set!

I've been hearing that literally my whole life.

5 I think I'm about 10 years older than you are, and I could say the same thing. I remember when I was little overhearing my parents talking about Mick Jagger turning 40 and commenting that he (Mick) had always said he'd never live that long.

I gave Russ a ton of shit when he started getting excited about that tour. The clips at the time just didn't grab me.

Might have been the single biggest concert mistake I've made to date. I could've bought tix to see him at Fenway Park for $250 and I damn well should have. sad

Totally agreed. Now, isn't there a giant street margarita you should be off drinking? smile You got anyone on the hook for set list updates?

#580 Re: The Sunset Strip » The Walking Dead » 704 weeks ago

SAG shouldn't have given the writers a new black guy until they had demonstrated they had already figured out how to use their old one. wink T-Dog was such a ridiculously wasted character with a ridiculous name. I'd be kind of pissed if I were the actor.

Glad to see Lori gone, though they need to get rid of the baby next, or we're going to stray back into soap opera territory again. Would LOVE to see Lori one more time as a ghoul.

S3 is by FAR the best season so far, hope it keeps up like this.
