That was the key quote for me as well.  I didn't want to be the one to post it, but it's obvious that even if somehow a reunion happened, you better get to one of the first shows because the last ones likely won't happen unless Axl is so broke that he has to play "by the rules".  After 20 years, I think it's safe to say Axl will always go on when Axl is good and ready to go on.

I would say it's a possiblility, but not likely.  I think the biggest hangup for a reunion is that Slash, Duff, and Izzy won't accept being contracted employees.  I don't know if Axl will give in on the album being released as a solo album (which it basically is), but I don't see him giving back the rights to the name of the band.  Thus, no long term reunion.  Maybe a couple shows, but that's it.

You can't say there's no reason to believe he's not in the band.  The fact that he's touring with NIN is a pretty solid reason to believe he's not in the band whether it's true or not.

I downloaded it onto my MP3 player, but I haven't listened to it yet.  From what I read, they went back to a different style they used to play, so if you're not an REM fan, you may not like this album.  I'll post again when I have the chance to listen to it.

I don't think anybody's getting a Dr pepper, so it's a moot point.
