haha, I've never seen a group of more insecure men. Constantly posting their resumes and talking about their supposed income. Cripes.

Of course it's luck. Any introspective human being could tell you that, regardless of intelligence level, education or work ethic.

Hard work absolutely plays a role, but your circumstance, is yours alone. Everybody is different. Every life is unique. Brains are wired differently. We've discussed this before.

I work hard when I need too, but also  understand I've been given many things in life that allow me to navigate it much easier than other people. Where I was born, who I happened to talk to, how my brain my process ideas, people who mentored me, a passage in a book I read years ago, random conversations, various life experiences etc all happened by chance and eventually molded me into who I am.

Get off your high horse and have some humility. That's a skill set in itself actually, and also requires hard work.

This isn't about me (your go-to pivot). It's about our sick and selfish gun culture in this country. BTW moron, he was stopped with a gun (as most of them are) AFTER murdering 26 people, including children.

Pretty much.

I’ve found that people who bitch about CEO pay have never worked in corporate America and have never made it to middle management.

Maybe one day they can hit the bigtime, IE 40% tax rate.

Even a wealth of experience somehow gets painted into a negative as they're looking for 'fresh blood' in the industry.

I've met an absolute ton of people around 60 who were basically made redundant somewhere around 50 and are spending the last 10-15 years of their working lives under-employed, unemployed, or working some low level job like cashier that had nothing to do with their (previously executive middle-management) type skills.

Maybe it's different in the USA. But over here...once you're in your late 40s i'd be worried about being seen as too disposable...

This happens here in the 50s. Especially with women.

Why would anybody suggest massive tax cuts during a strong economic period? Now is the time to increase revenue, not lower it. It's pretty stupid, especially since it will increase the deficit and add on to the debt. They seem to be gutting everything that helps the middle class, so they can help out their wealthy pals. Again, only fiscally conservative once Obama became president. Now that he's gone...no worries.

Falling for it hook line and sinker. When Trump met with the Mexican President as a candidate, was that collusion too? Dude, this is your 9/11 redux. Watching you the coming 2 years is going to be awesome entertainment. Your posts get my heart pumping. Thank you in advance.

I can’t wait for loose change part 2 to come out.

What in the world are you talking about?

Are you even reading what's happening?

Apparently not.

Wow, that does seem big:  http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/02/politics/ … index.html

See, I think this traces back to Trump running a family run business, where he was boss, his family had oversight, and others had a quality job for life. And he's used to that. However, this campaign was a mish-mosh of randomly acquired talent with vague expertise & skill level in their field. Not exactly knocking him, I heard that's how campaigns come together early on. But what you also get is a bit less trust with them, and if people begin doing shady things, this isn't going to become the Mafia where no one rats on anyone. I think it went from the top down (Manofort/Flynn down to Popadopalous/Page), and I also believe Kushner thought he executed a master plan when in reality it was near treason.

Tomorrow might be huge (again!)

On a side note. How stupid is Carter Page? Let's just assume he's 100% completely innocent. He gave a 5+ hour testimony without a lawyer. He was also on MSNBC the other night answering questions. He acts like he doesn't have a worry in the world. I wouldn't say jack shit, and I would answer any questions without my lawyer present. It wouldn't matter if I did anything or not.

What happened? I can’t stand him. Give me some good news.

The  Papadopoulos story pretty much shows that Sessions lied under oath. Carter Page also confirmed that Sessions knew about trips/communication with Russia as well prior to his testimony.

Kindof a guess but they either paid for or more likely agreed to terms (pay to play, this for that, pro quid pro) for Hillary's hacked emails, and adapted their campaign platform to a more Russia-friendly policy. Also funneled money or asked Russia to pay for the fake ads, essentially millions of unaccounted for & undeclared campaign funding (Doesn't Campaign Finance Reform require all donations to be registered in some form)?

Also, there's alot of talk about loans Trump might have had. Maybe he secured low rate loans for properties or deals to build in Moscow/St Pete. 666 5th Avenue is one, Kushners family properties another, This piece from a few weeks ago was pretty thorough & well researched, I'll have to reread it now that charges are beginning to be brought:  https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2017 … corruption

Also, as mentioned earlier, it is now believed that it was Manafort who sent an email to Gates asking him to send in a low level official to meet with the Russians. The Russians offered goods on Hillary, and the Trump campaign jumped at the chance to get it on numerous occasions. Both Don Jr. and Papadopoulos have been confirmed so far.

So first it was the "They've been investigating this for months and we have nothing" to "Sure they've made arrests, but we have no proof of collusion with the Russians," and of course "Hillary Clinton."

Give me a break.
