^^ Oh that's cold. Anyway, they are now running into doctor/patient confidentiality law problems in the investigation. The police do not think they can comb thru her patient files to look at possible suspects & actually left the files alone while they searched her office for possible clues & evidence.

Ok, another part of the song:

I'm not internationally known
But I'm known to rock the microphone
Because I get stoopid, I mean outrageous
Stay away from me if you're contagious
'Cause I'm the winner, no, I'm not the loser
To be an M.C. is what I choose 'a
Ladies love me, girls adore me
I mean even the ones who never saw me

Russtcb how have you never seen an Indiana Jones movie?! 16

This movie looks ok, kinda cookie cutter with typical Harrison Ford snide remarks added in for humor at tense times. Anyway, I really don't think this will be the biggest movie of the year. Not at all. Right now, I'd have to say Batman will be, although I haven't seen much of a list. I still put my $$ on Batman regardless.

Listen up, 'cause I'm gonna keep you in step
I got an idea
That I wanna share
You don't like it? So what, I don't care
I'm number one, the uno, I like comp
Bring all the suckers 'cause all them I'll stomp

A. Vanilla Ice "Play that funky music"
B. Beastie Boys "Pass the Mic"
C. Rob Bass "It takes Two"

Figured I'd change it up a little 16

Wall Street doesn't affect much for me, or those that I know. My community's economic standing hasn't changed due to the most recent scare.

I am concerned about the dollar losing value, but it's a global economy. The economic strength of a country and its government's military power are further dividing. Companies are well beyond countries, and for this reason I'm not as afraid as experts would like me to be.

You'd be surprised, the majority of Americans under the age of about 50 will depend on a 401k or some type of stocks for when they retire, as Social Security will run out as the Baby Boomers use it up. Granted the market always goes up in the long run, but if it increases slowly for a few years it can really be a drag on peoples investments & compound growth.

Also, when companies stocks are down, they usually do not hire, and possibly layoff. So companies with branches nationwide such as Merril Lynch, State Farm, Verizon etc may not be hiring. Even companies like Best Buy & Target may not hire as much, as less people are spending. And I know New Era Cap is located up around there somewhere, around Albany (Darby, NY?) I used to work with them on a job I had. And yes, it is a global market, but other countries who were below us (China, Russia, India etc) are rising, and if & when we meet we will likely have lowered ourselves a bit to meet them (Look at the Euro surpassing the dollar).

I'm not saying the sky is falling on the US economy, as I think in time it will rebound. Recessions usually last about a year to 1 1/2, but bad times do subliminally affect people more than you may think.

AIC was a great band. Rooster was my favorite song when Dirt came out, so powerful & intense. Luckily I saw them on Lollapalooza 93 when they were about at their peak. Great set, great stage presence, Layne played guitar on a few. Cantrell did write alot of AIC songs and hits, but no one can deny Staley didn't add some special input into each song. His vocals hit some high notes no one else can match. A true talent in his vocal changes. There's a clip on youtube of James Hetfield playing with the new AIC on Would? James does a great job on it, but just can't get it on some of the vocals Layne could.

That said, I do think the new AIC could potentially come out with a solid album, with Cantrells writing & the new singers vocals, but it won't be the same. Or as good. It took me a while to warm up to them getting a new singer & moving on, but I've come to accept it. It truly is ashame how Layne died, just a decrepit, addicted hermit who was hardly ever seen in public his last few years. He was in a supergroup that covered Pink Floyds 'The Wall' with Tom Morello & I read somewhere he wasn't even in the video. They had to use old AIC footage from live concerts to edit him in. Even during their unplugged he looked pretty far gone. I think he only showed up a few minutes before it started.

I was thinking of 'Thank You' by Zep:

And so today, my world it smiles, your hand in mine, we walk the miles,
Thanks to you it will be done, for you to me are the only one.
