and on a personal note, I once cosigned a loan for a girl years ago. I was younger & dumb for doing it. Geeez I regret it. Wasn't exactly life changing money but it was pretty substantial and after a year or two she bailed on it & we were no longer really in touch. I called & emailed a few times but got sick of the excuses & ended up paying it myself. Fucking mistake
Yea that's the thing with money or co-signing. We do things like this when we are younger. Today I wouldn't co-sign for anybody (that I can think of off hand) and if I would never "loan" money I'd only give it. Because hardly anybody is going to ever pay you back.

Thanks guys...I appreciate the input...I guess the hardest part for me is that I’ll never really understand why this happened.

I’ve never personally encountered such ruthless aggression.
With stuff like this, I've found it's a waste of energy to try and understand why. You want answers, I want answers...often times we'll never get them. You can drive yourself crazy trying to make sense of the universe.
Keep it simple. Lawsuits can be long and expensive. You've got to be like Spock, all logic, no emotion.

I just read the latest at gunsnfnroses. and a poster named maynard says he sent 10 more people Atlas Shrugged with a new download link that works. Come on guys. We gotta get in on this. We're missing out!
It's supposed to be a long ballad anyway...I'm not too interested. lol

MSL got us 70% of all the leaks we got, with that Skewl getting 25% of the other leaks when he leaked all those CD songs on his webiste.
The Skwerel interview said the FBI eliminated MSL (out of a list of 3-4 potential leakers) almost immediately as a fraud. Just sayin'...

One question I would specifically ask is that these two people have been attempting to communicate with me without lawyers more and more as we get closer to trial. Would it at all be in my interest to engage with them?
No.
What do they want? They may be getting nervous and want to settle?
Do everything through your attorney. Period.

haha, well they have a poll and are voting on it like they've heard it. If fake, what a bunch of weirdos.
Edit: Interestingly they are being such arrogant dicks about it. They seem irritated that people are asking to share. So definitely a weird dynamic over there. They either have it and are being big jerks about it, or are collectively trolling for days on end to bring in traffic, which means they still suck.

Really hope it isn't a hoax, but considering the forum it's supposedly happening at, I'd say it's more likely hoax than legit.
Which forum are people discussing this?
I always found the "hoarder" thing difficult to believe. Sure a couple of people maybe, but it's unlikely that any group of people actually have this and it's not getting out to the rest of us.
