You could download each track seperately on itunes and just skip hers...or myself I find rubbing one out to a pic of fergie's ass solves the personal problems I had towards her  16 16

I find it disturbing that someone can send 300 text messages during the school day and this is not prevented by teachers.

I've suffered from depression, telling people was the worst thing I could've done. Being told to forget things and move on isn't very helpful when the problem is you can't.

Great post. So true.

Don't even start me posting clips of Gilbert.

If you study his guitar techniques he is absolutely amazing. I've seen some videos where he does freakish stuff.

He's also one of the people who taught bucket to play, and gilbert's influence is very evident in BH's technique.

What a misleading article.

I'd like to see the actual quotes. As all he actually says is that the only person he's currently playing with is Fergie.

The comments about GNR/Axl and the rest could be just spin from the author.

Without much else its hard to know. If he will only work with women now does that mean a girl is in store for VR?

Previously slash has been against girls in bands...beause someone always fucks the girl and someone else always doesnt like it.

Without a future album on the horizon, my interest is nil.

Interesting...i'm sort of the opposite. The release of the album has kind of cleared the slate for me.

Like previously there was the paradox of the band seeming to want people to accept it as a new entity ("get on board or fuck off") but year after year the only thing in the GNR cataloge was old guns. In terms of branding (photos etc) and albums.  The tours presented us with new faces, and playing in a new style, but mostly the original songs re-interpreted and although I liked elements of it, the whole CD thing seemed to be like a giant millstone around GNR. I found myself frustrated...i either wanted GNR to return to what it was - which means reunion - or I wanted it to move on - which ment put out the album and so forth. Yet neither happened.

Now the album is out, and i feel this new line up is kind of a chance to start over once again. I'm feeling a sence of renewal. We loved Slash. We Loved bucket. But i'm willing to see what a new new GNR can do for me.

You also have people who confuse depression with bordeline personality disorder. People who have depression "on a whim", or suicidal tendencies for dramatic effect, are borderlines, which is more serious. It ain't got nothin' to do with depression.

I don't want to get into an argument about this, but I know a person with BPD and it's a very serious and sad ailment, and i've noticed in a few threads you've made throwaway remarks about it.

A number of borderlines also suffer from depression. I would disagree about the suciede attempts being for dramatic effect (although this is clearly true in some people who may or may not also have BPD), but many cases Borderlines will engage in self harm not for effect but because in their mind it is the only way to gain a release from the emotional conflicts in their mind. I can't really explain but it seems to be similar to how a person will masturbate to releive excess sexual tension. The BPD suffer I know goes to a lot of trouble to hide the evidence that they have have been self harming, it's like a dirty secret that they are ashamed of, yet unable to resist peforming next time the pressure is too much.

Anyway...to the OP...i've suffered from depression and anxiety at different times in my life, and I'd recomend visiting a psychologist and engaging in cognative thearpy. I'm not a fan of medication but each to their own. Once you can identify patterns in the way you are thinking, and responding to your own feelings, then it's possible to learn the skills to cope and survive and while things may still suck in their own way, you can eventually learn to feel back in control.
