I'd love Slash to write a song with that woozy blues vibe with Myles singing in his lower register - get Myles out of his nostrils and into his chest, he sounds much better there.

I thought Back From Cali was a good attempt at that.
I'd like to see them explore more of that style too.

I wish Chris Cornell would have written a better song on Promise.

I loved the idea of: Flea, Slash, Josh Freese, Chris Cornell. Too bad it didn't happen sad

Now there's something we agree on...I love Cornell sometimes...but promise was kinda a waste of him and Slash together.

I'd have loved them to do a track something like Last Remaining Light from audioslave...something like that with Slash would rock....maybe Slash should guest on cornell's next album wink

I'm with you guys on this.
I thought the Slash/Chris Cornell song was weak.
Those two should be leading this era's answer to Led Zeppelin.
I like ID's line up idea, I may just stick Mr. DeLeo on bass though as his big sound could be awesome with Slash on lead.

My Dream would be Grohl - Drums, DeLeo - Bass, Jerry Cantrell - Guitar & Vocals, Slash - Guitar, Chris Cornell - Vocals
A dream it will remain.
