Hearing Axl talk is more interesting than hearing Myles sing.

Axl has one of the coolest speaking voices in rock, could probably have had a career just doing that.

He could have been a really good DJ. Didn't he play a DJ in a Grand Theft Auto video game years ago?

Yeah, San Andreas. Another reason why that was the perfect game. As a GTA fan and a GN'R fan I was in heaven playing that.

That's definitely true! I've always wondered if uses the low register while speaking on purpose to 'compensate' for his high pitched raspy singing style, you know... so people don't think he sounds like Gilbert Gottfried all the time smile. He used to speak even lower that he seems to do these days, but voices changes with age of course.

I don't think he is faking the deep voice. I think it's the other way around. His natural voice is deep but he is (or was) blessed with the talent to sing in a much higher voice. Roy Orbison was the same way. If you heard him speak you would never in a million years think that he could go so much higher with his singing voice.

Axl's current voice would work well with songs like Double Talkin Jive and Bad Obsession..   I think Slash has been playing DTJ with Myles in recent years.   Would make nice additions to the setlist.

If Axl sounds like he does at the end of this video, I think it'll be alright.

There is a report that they are getting $14m total for Coachella. $7m per show is fucking insane. I guess Slash and Duff are willing to put up with a lot of Axl's bullshit for that kind of cash. 14

True, I think in this one he's "exagerating" a bit, for instance here: https://youtu.be/o7p1n_cOmXc
Or here: https://youtu.be/zHykv2ylK0g

And at his worst during those court sessions, where he's wearing the green blazer...
