We know Pitman and Dizzy are the 'writers' of the song, but I always put the lyrics down on Axl.
They're just bad, and by that I mean, Axl's talented and edgy enough as a lyricist to channel his venom more effectively than that.
I know what you mean generally. But it does have elements that remind me of classic Axl to.
There's something about the line:
Syphilitic priestess, baby I know who you are, Parasitic demon sucking acid through your heart
that really screams Axl to me.
