Any chance of a link to this, dying to hear if Thyme is the same as the one that was on youtube around 2002.

They played this over the loudspeakers amongst a mix of rock classics whle we were waiting for them to come on in Glasgow 2006, they turned the volume down compared to the other songs. I remember saying to folk around me whats that song thats Axl singing, everyone agreed but didnt know the song, but I knew I could hear bits from the Checkmate clip and the rest was traditional Axls screamy rock vocals.
Bugged me for years, but this is the song heard, I fucking knew it.

The synth on billionaire is the synth to the opening music for 2006/2007/2010 shows and that synth is supposedly the general
You are spot on it is the same synth as the 2006 intro, and this isnt computer guitars and drums, they are real but sped up to an intelligible speed, if they were slowed down they would be a good match for the slow brooding drums on The General leak with folk talking over it, I guess this is The General but a fucked up version of it.
