An educated guess would be that the debt to Azoff is substantial and the Euro tour is again money in the Guns' bank.

Not actually an update, but added the Dizzy quip about maybe working on songs in between the club tour (which is now going until March) and RRHOF.
The confirmation being, they haven't done squat as of yet.

I had been in Vegas for a Great White show the previous weekend, and I brought some dice home from the Aladdin.
