lol!!

If they are playing out of time in purpose they must really be genious's playing the fool, coz its not easy to not ever play in time. Otherwise, fuck me 18

Reminds me of my brother squealing along to music on his headphones when we were young, thinking he was great but in reality sounding like a cat in a bag.

Urgh... did she say that 17  I find folk like her utterly nauseating, honestly some of them act like they have been abducted and brainwashed by a religious cult. I wouldnt be suprised if they started referring to Axl as "Our Leader". I like the band as much as anyone, but some folk are either sick in the head or getting something we arent privvy to.

pathetic....a whole huge thread over NOTHING. Just another example of too much information. Twitter and all these things SUCK. Yep, I am over 40 but Van Halen and Zep and the Stones didn't need this shit. Schedule a tour, show up and play. Axl has done that so far. I don't need to know why Ron got mad, don't need to know why Tommy is in Haiti, don't need a toilet seat form DJ Slashba. This is one of the most useless threads in new Gnr's sordid history.

"Too much of anything, is too much for me."

Stop bumping it then big_smile

To all those folk who say "its always been this shitty, you should be used to it and it aint gonna change..."

Thing is, instead of getting used to it, to me it always feels worse than the time before. I dont ever get used it, I always just hope they dont do it again hmm

The bands not well recieved because of the clumsy, ham fisted, uninterested way they have sold themselves. Theres been zero marketing of this band, zero efforts to properly introduce band members to the public, and so on and so on... ZzZzZzZz - I cant go on, its been said a million times 17

I like Brains interviews and dont mind him bigging up his work, he's well qualified to speak about it. I guess Seven must have some badass drum work on it then, cool 9

This was Rons private email that got posted at mygnr:

Gotta be honest - I was sooooooo beyond pissed I had to walk off, have a chat with management and folks about right and wrong and what I can and can't be a part of, and sat out a few songs until I cooled down before the anger really got the best of me. It's not just an 'audience' - everyone's got a story why they're there that night, the tickets aren't cheap, people traveled from far, they deserve not just a show but a show of appreciation and respect. Fashionably late is one thing, but leaving the audience with nothing out in the cold for 2 hours til they're throwing bottles and boo and chant bullshit isn't cool, isn't 'rock n roll', there's nothing good about it, it's just abusive. If there was a technical problem, someone should have told the crowd, and we should have had something going on video-wise or performance-wise to keep everyone's spirits up. My two cents.

All the best to you and your dad, thank you both for being there, hope it was a good memory

Ron

Sorry Ron lol!

Seems like the Sun has edited its story, not so down to earth now...

Remember the Australian gig announcement and apparent comments Axl made about looking forward to it were ordered to be removed from the article, that happened fairly swiftly I seem to remember. Just goes to show, they can be quick out the blocks when it suits them.

#1540 Re: Guns N' Roses » World Tour Cancelled? » 846 weeks ago

To they're credit they did try and inform fans asap about the cancelled gig due to storm damage in South America and try to make up it. Musnt forget the gestures they have made recently I know, problem is the context of the last 10 years...
