He could be having throat problems, he supposedly has been fighting bronchitis since the SA tour, and the high voice might be easier for him to do.
tbh, I really don't like the 92 voice on Jungle or PC. It sounds like his vocal chords are made of sandpaper and his diophram is ripping with every note.
