The worst thing to ever happen to WWE announcing was the decision to turn Jerry Lawler into a face. That's like making Bobby Heenan a face. I think he brings down the telecast big time, imo. You need a real heel. Not Michael Cole.
I would say the problem isn't lawler as a heel, and it isn't necessarily Cole's heel character. It's the fact that they don't have a real play by play guy for the person doing a character to just play off of.

I don't know who all is familiar with the comedian Louis CK, but this is a pretty cool thing. If you're not familiar with him, check him out on youtube, he's probably the funniest guy out there right now.
This past weekend he put out his newest stand-up special. He released it on his own website, completely DRM free for a $5 paypal fee. Basically just asking people, hey it's only $5 you can do with it what you want, please don't steal it. Sort of as an experiment to see what would happen. If you're interested and/or want to see an outtake from the special you can check it out at www.louisck.net
Today he released this statement on the site detailing how its worked so far: https://buy.louisck.net/statement
Super interesting, and record companies should take note.

If I'd have never seen the numbers I'd have assumed Romney was in the lead, seeing that it's Gingrich (not to mention Paul above him too) absolutely blows my mind.

I live in Iowa. I have actually always ignored the Caucus becuase I grew up in Illinois, and in Il you have to be a registered party member to vote in the Primary. I'd never join a party, so I just sit back and watch them.
I found out the Caucus doesn't work like that shortly after them 4 years ago.
Seeing Gingrich at #1 makes me think I should get in on one because Paul is the only one on that list I care for at all.

I once saw an interview with Chris Rock.
He said:
What people maybe don't know is that there's three sides to me.
There's Chris Rock, the one you see on stage or screen that makes you laugh. Then there's Rock, he's the guy paying attention to the business backstage making sure Chris Rock doesn't get screwed over. Then last there's Chris, he's just sitting down the street in Burger King trying to figure out why their fries aren't that good.
Pretty much sums it up.

I noticed the next episode in February is called "Nebraska".
February? Fuck, I didn't know that. I only just got caught up for this newest episode, I didn't know I could have waited.
I saw that On Demand has the "Talking Dead" with Chris Hardwick show analyzing the episodes on there. Anybody watch those and/or know if they're worth checking out?

This made me laugh.

I've honestly never met a Nickleback fan. Detroit is going to eat him up. Gonna be a tough show.
There was an old Chris Rock quote, I think he was talking about the Spice Girls, but it applies to Nickelback too.
They're like crack. Obviously a lot of people are doing it, but nobody's admitting it.

Going to a show alone sounds wierd, but you can't talk to anybody while the show's going on anyway, and when it's last minute you can get a much better single seat than you can a pair or more. I've done it a few times and have never regretted it.
