No, I bought it used. I guess it requires a different tool that I didn't know of to adjust it.
I'm sorry, I forgot that Gibsons had the hex head on the truss rod. The Gibson adjustment tool looks like a little smoking pipe. It has the socket style wrench on one end, and a philips head on the other.
Been anti-tube snobbery all my life
Hey fuck you! I'm a tube snob!:D
Those Egnaters are bad asses. The factory is about 45 minutes away from where I live. Bruce Egnater even offers a workshop where you build your own amp from a kit that he provides.

Unfortunately Russ, I don't think you wanted to like DJ from the start because of who he replaced. So you're taking the incidents you don't care for and magnifying them. He's done a LOT of positive things since he joined the fold. That's what I choose to look at. Do I agree with some of his tweets about trashing hotel rooms and throwing bottles at bartenders? No! But he seems to be playing great live. He's interacting with fans, taking pictures, sharing videos, and giving us updates. That all far outweighs his two rockstar type tweets for me.
I gotta get Russ' back on this one. I didn't like BJ, I mean DJ from the beginning. I had showed up to Russ' house for practice and he put on a boot. I told him that I didn't care for B(D)J, and he proceeded to show me all of his highlights throughout the show in an attempt to get me to like him. Russ very much gave him a chance. It's just the whole bragging about being a douche on Twitter that's turning people against him, not the guitar playing.

Yeah, that's the truss rod. Was there a special wrench in your case candy?

What I like about DJ is he's a real go getter and he's hungry.
That's something to admire.
I wonder if he put that on his resume lol

Ooohh, dripping with auto-tune. I never realized how much contemporary Ozzy relied on that until that episode of The Osbournes where Ozzy recorded that Christmas song. You got to hear how he sounded during the recording process, then you got to hear the finished product. Auto-tune wasn't as advanced back then either, so you could even hear the digital artifacts on it.

And I don't want anything to do with that hybrid SG/Flying V of his either.

Half sarcasm.
Ok, I guess I just don't get the line of reasoning at all. I find it hard for anyone, especially on GN'R boards where music was traded illegally for years, that people might really have some problem with or moral ground to stand on with this.
And assuming you own CD, you are not in possession of any material (in one form or another) that you didn't pay for. So unless you try to use these to make unauthorized remixes for a profit, I don't see anything that could be considered copyright infringement.

An allen head bolt? If so, that is the truss rod.

I have to vote for Apocalypse Now. There's no other war movie like it, and probably never will be again.
Exactly why I voted for it.
