Been watching some 70s movies this week... mainly the usual suspects.
I have to revise my top 10:
Apocalypse Now
Rocky
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
The Godfather
Network
Black Christmas
Escape from Alcatraz
Foul Play
The Conversation
Dog Day Afternoon
TCM doesn't really deserve that high ranking if I'm honest...I have a soft spot for it. It's an amazing film almost ruined during the final act.
Marathon Man no longer on the list although it deserves to be.

They have leverage and if they want better management of Guns now is the time to move for it.
Slash had massive amounts of leverage day one. Hell...Axl made the first move. He was painted into a corner...there was nowhere left for GNR to go. They were on the verge of playing in clubs and theaters here.
He flushed that leverage.. probably because they all just wanted to cash in the reunion chips and to speed things along.
He should've demanded professional management in place before anything happens.
Dark. I heard this before also when he was leaking songs to friends in Brazil
Yep... Fernando is the nexus of the leaks.
I'm sure the weirdness around making music and the various Brazilian hangers-on grates on them, but again, nothing they weren't expecting with Axl I don't suppose.
Yeah...they all knew what they signed up for. Both Slash and Duff had made negative comments regarding Axl's yes men/sycophants going back to the late 90s.
They didn't care enough to do anything.
And it should not be hard for Axl to elevate Vanessa or Beta to replace Fernando and whatever he does.
That's just a game of musical chairs with incompetence.

Hold on…. I just speculated earlier that maybe Melissa wasn’t sick….maybe she knew stuff and quit. NO Basis or knowledge, just spit balling.
Yes of course...but smart spit balling. 
It's insanity how this was the most "stable" lineup in the band's history.

Yeah I could see this. First part especially i doubt we will get anything from them for probably 2 years. I expect the last song release to be Perhaps/General & if they do come back it to be a farewell tour thing.
They could still cancel Perhaps/General. Perhaps is already dead anyways.
In the one in a million chance there was an Atlas release in the pipeline... it's been shit canned. I didn't believe it anyway..they don't do releases when not touring.

This is the biggest crossroads for GnR since 2015.
Sadly...all they have to do is ignore it.

If Axl hitches his wagon to defend Fernando that’s a horrible look. He has FINALLY rehabbed his image, shares the stage with the likes of Carrie Underwood, etc. Would be a disaster.
He had the perfect moment in the 2010s to drop these people...when they demanded to be put in charge or they were leaving.
That should've been his Eureka moment but he let it pass.
