Duff played it second song in on his show. You’ll probably be able to listen to it on demand after his show is done in the SXM app.
After the song he talked about it a little bit with his wife. Mentioned the song “has a lot of great performances” which I think is his way of saying 45 people play on it. They also joked about the TouchTunes leak. Absolutely nothing earthshattering.

Looks like it hasn’t been played on Ozzy’s Boneyard on SiriusXM yet. Duff’s weekly show airs at 11…would be strange if they didn’t play it.
They must have negotiated a deal with iHeart for the world premiere/exclusive. The band has previously been pretty tight with Sirius…I imagine Sirius must have been outbid. Probably explains how the dj’s knew about the release a couple weeks out and spoke about it on the air.

Discussions naturally flowing in different directions never really bothered me...they usually come back around full circle... although this is coming from someone who can shoehorn Cornell into any discussion.
I agree. Who cares as long as there is activity on the forums? In between tours we can go 2 or 3 weeks without a single post, let alone topic, in the main GnR chat. And like James said, almost always gets back on topic anyway.

The fire sale should've happened at least a month ago. It was obvious nobody cared about this tour leg.
You're right...US touring is nearing its end without a major shakeup... whether it's farewell or AFD reunion farewell.
I don't even think an album can save them at this point. They've simply run the jukebox into the ground.
I literally couldn’t give away 2 Fenway pit tix to friends. Doesn’t help it’s Fenway on a Monday but still?

The only people who will pay any attention to that are the 200-500 forum members. I find it hard to believe that they are still catering shit to us.
I think it's a fuck up...and might even be why it got postponed...but I doubt it's ever fixed.
Probably Axl being loyal and throwing a bone to Robin. He came back to play with them after he left so he didn’t leave on the worst terms. Probably puts a couple grand in Robin’s pocket.

I noticed Absurd not being performed with Hard School...gets played a few songs later. I imagine Absurd will eventually be dropped to make way for Perhaps.
Carrie Underwood on two of their biggest hits. Not necessary...I know I wouldn't have wanted her onstage at my show in 2017. It's not surprising though.
I guess we’re in different boats. My wife will be coming with me to Fenway and I wish Carrie were the opener. My wife would definitely enjoy it and I’d have fun watching her get to see Carrie Underwood while also getting to see my favorite band ever. Total win/win for me. The Pretenders doesn’t really do it though. Different for a woman in her 30s to say she saw Carrie Underwood vs Pretenders. Having said that, if AIC were the opener, just enjoy it babe it’s my TWO favorite bands ever!!!

The documentary stuff didn't start with Perfect crime, i'm looking into this stuff for something i'm working on but even aside from stuff Robert John filmed in the early days there was stuff shot in the UK in the 80's that was handed to the band, and they must still have.When people have passed away i suspect it will be sold to someone who will create a Netflix series out of it.
Great strategy when most of the people who would consume this stuff will also be dead/not care because they are watching Cocomellon with their grandkids.
