its definitely going to happen.
we had a very good group of posters and they are all willing to join up and be regulars cause there really aren't any good places to debate/talk sports on the net. at least none I have found.

I can't pay a lot but I have about 20 people on board for my long time in the making sports forum.
long story short, I belonged to a great sportstalk community with 20 or so hardcore, loyal posters who were all very good at it.
our forum got torn apart by shitty moderation and it becoming over ran by kids.
anyhow, we've all bailed on the place and they want me to start my own website/forum
So since I am computer illiterate. I am looking to hire someone to run/design my website/forum.
If anyone has these types of skills let me know. we will negotiate pay.
I don't need anything fancy, just a concrete front page cause I am doing a thing where each poster can submit a blog to be featured on the front page etc would like to be able to show scores of all in progress games somehow and then of course the forum.

During lunch today I was playing GNR on my phone. Prostitute, Shackler's and The Blues.. There were several girls around and they said "is that GNR" I said yeah, they said "Doesn't sound like it.
They weren't very impressed.

Well, Im sure he still gets the itch to do shows but he probably doesn't want to go to the level he once was which is why i always laugh at his rant in ALbany I think it is when he talks about the old members "not wanting to take it to this level"
Who would want to take it to that level? 15 years making an album, limited touring etc.

I still think Axl doesn't want the hassle of being famous anymore. Been there done that now he can just live comfortably with no headaches for the rest of his life.

Well, Rolling Stone spelled it out pretty well. From the official reports I've read so far, they've been more than fair. So if people are JUST reading the headline, yes they'll get the wrong impression. But if they actually read the article they'll see that's it's not Satriani/Coldplay revisited.
The people on these forums are freaking out and being nastier than the media who has picked up on the story.
I forgot,RS are the only magazine in the world.:rolleyes:

yeah dude, but u are thinking that everybody knows what u know. When people go on billboard or rollingstone or wherever, all they see is, GNR sued for stealing
50 percent of people don't bother to read the rest.
I had a girl trying to tell me today that Obama said women shouldn't have the right to vote cause she got it confused with what Ann Coulter said.
People already don't like Axl, so this just throws more fuel on top of that. now they will be like "Axl can't even write a song without Slash and Co without stealing from someone else.
we know its complete bullshit, but most people won't search for the facts.

Anyone thinking this in anyway helps GNR are out of their minds and probably the same people in denial that this doesn't sound exactly like the other song.
Nothing worse than stealing someone else's music.
