So for someone to say those guys were better than Slash before CD came out is just lame and ridiculous.
Now, since CD is out, u can argue anything u want to argue. but I thought it was retarded for people to make those claims based on how guys covered his stuff.

That logic doesn't work for many reasons. If Slash joined, say, Dragonforce, he couldn't be better than those no-talent hacks because he's not original? No.
Hold on, I can see some miscommunication rolling a long here.
Slash is a legend due to his amazing creative GNR skill, so he will always be a legend regardless of what he ever does.
My point is, Robin, Bumble, Richard and even Bucket had never created any stand the test of time iconic riffs or solos.
So, my point was, until those guys write a riff, solo etc etc that will be on the radio 20 years from now, U can't say they are "Better" simply cause u like the way they play Slash's stuff
Cause Slash writing it, is greater than another guitar player covering it and adding to it.
Slash joining Dragonforce, he'd own them, cause of his past credentials.

Is this a serious thread?

Kinda funny though GNR fans being so outraged over domestic violence isn't it?

I don't understand all the industry types coming out and saying how they are both good people and we pray for them both
where is someone with some balls calling this guy out?

The Bethany's Dad thing had to be a total work right?
#3116 Re: The Sunset Strip » Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 » 899 weeks ago
One of the biggest ball drops was when the guy broke Micheal out of prison
They could've did HUGE things with that but the Halloween after that didn't really deliver what could've been something really great.

#3118 Re: The Sunset Strip » THE STRANGERS » 899 weeks ago
Agree with James.
Hate to bring back old threads but this movie had so much potential and it turned out to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
I was screaming at the screen "WILL U KILL THEM ALL FUCKING READY!"
Just ridiculous. How many times can a killer hide and jump out without killing somebody in one movie?
#3119 Re: The Sunset Strip » The SAW Thread » 899 weeks ago
I love the Saw franchise.
Part III was the only one I thought truly sucked. Part 2 is great, part 4 and 5 were also very good.
The first is probably the best just where everything was new and u had no idea what to expect.
#3120 Re: The Sunset Strip » Jason Lives: FRIDAY THE 13TH » 899 weeks ago
Capt. Fuller from 21 Jump Street, or Creighton Duke (Steven Williams), his name in the film never ate Jason's heart. He was Jason's nemesis in the film. The only interaction he ever had with Jason himself, was when Jason was reborn in the Voorhees' house, and Jason picked him up, he looked Jason square in the eye and said "tonight... you... DIE!", and Jason broke his back, and dropped him.
I think you're confusing Steven Williams, with the black coroner from the opening of the film. That's a heavier set actor, I believe his name is Richard Gant. He was the one who ate the heart, and set forth the body hopping.
Yeah, I am mistaking, but still, the whole body swapping thing? WTF?
that has got to go next.
Jason Vs Freddy was actually pretty damn entertaining.
