Wasn't there something on Facebook with team that animates visuals for their songs on stage, I wonder if they have the song already since they did something for it right?

Creative works London yes. I think it was JRose who asked them. I cant remember there exact response but it was obvious they knew what he was talking about.

BTW I know a few people here and apparently a few just viewing the forum will be trying this link from time to time https://gunsnroses.lnk.to/thegeneral
If you do it may also be worth checking https://gunsnroses.lnk.to/thegeneralandmonsters. Given that this song is packaged in with the Perhaps link.to however it is likely that these links may never become active at all.

Steve Freeman and Marc Haggard have written songs with Brain and Buckethead.

So I may have been right about the "Monsters call me Monsters coming" line

Wow. I guess we'll find out soon.

I wonder if either MARC HAGGARD or STEVE FREEMAN are actually Extracked. Or however you spell his name. He's the DJ Brain & Bucket used to work with. Brain has mentioned in the past he was working with him for idea's on seven or something.

I thought there was something to Fernando's "monster" comment.

I dont doubt I'm more than likely wrong with the lyrics to this thing. But when I tried to improve the audio to hear the words one of the line's i settled on was "Monster's call me, Monsters coming" just before the heavy section.

Maybe the general is a monster after all

I just hope this song still has that rumoured "killer 30 minute Chris pitman electronic keyboard solo"... or else I'm totally finished with this band.

I heard he actually sampled a goose mothers quacking noise and then autotuned it. It's buried in one of the 68 stems of the song (Mellissa may have re-recorded it)

#327 Re: Guns N' Roses » The General confirmed next » 133 weeks ago

I'm hearing dubious rumours that it has been sent out to some stores along with a 56 page legal letter. I tend not to believe this due to the source. Also as far as i'm aware this thing is being sold just through the website and not store's.

Anyway we should know soon.
