I'm also very impressed with Street Of Dreams. The piano sounds so much more real (not so midi) and the new guitar work is really impressive. The distorted sustained chords at the beginning remind of old GNR, as does the new rhythm work.

Russ, I couldn't help but notice I wasn't on your list.

I'm hurt deep inside.

So the new mix of TWAT is amazing. I actually shit my pants, which I'm not sure how I feel about. On one hand, the song had a great impact. On the other, I have to do laundry.

Many thanks for this.

I was actually just wondering, what back n' guts of the vinyl was like, as we've all seen the CD.

Too bad I don't have a record player, or i'd be drooling over this.

How's a record player going to help you enjoy a picture?:haha:

You're right, John 5 is a great guitarist, but I was talking about the whole Riggs and Blasko thing.

I dunno, I think he lost all musical integrity with after White Zombie. Now it's just like shitty filler music behind shitty lyrics about horror movies. And yes, I know the lyrics have always been that way, but they seemed to be delivered better and had good music behind them. Now the lyrics are just so... I dunno... radio friendly.

I've always wanted a big article about "The Guitarists of Chinese Democracy" in Guitar World or something that would rock 9

Unfortunately we both know that would never happen. There format is too full with articles on Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, and that elusive three millionth piece on Hendrix.
