It is the most bizarro state in the union. All kinds of ways to get raped and killed no matter what your age, but sadly kids seem to get the worst, drug running galore, neo-Con facisitic rule, car wrecks, gun fights with dead bystanders, nobody in this state could learn to use a blinker to save their fuckin' life...
Then after ALL of that, you still have to survive lightning strikes, tornadoes and hurricanes.
AND if you get through that, then you face off against rattlesnakes, gators and sharks.
And with all that, retirees FLOCK here.
Just weird ass, and sadly these stories pop up way too much in this state. Just the other day, some guy on Thanksgiving got up from dinner, went outside, got a gun, and walked back in and killed his entire family. Why? Who knows... welcome to Florida.
If you haven't read any of Carl Hiaasen's novels yet - hit up the Library.
Pretty much everything Axlin mentioned, plus sex, drugs, rock n' roll, Cubans, and the Mafia feature prominently in each of his novels - and they're hilarious.
Native Tongue, Stormy Weather, Lucky You, Sick Puppy, Basket Case and Skinny Dip are all highly recommended.

Knowing that there is potentially at least one more song of "Prostitute"-caliber up Axl's sleeve is the ONLY thing that keeps me interested in this band.
... And I'll continue to check the forums on a daily basis until I hear the rest of the stuff.

For the record my comments are not directed at Fernando in particular....just the entire situation....the band is kickass, so is the album, so why is everything at the business end always sub-standard.
Enough is enough. Get the dates on the website, list them properly, get it done. Or hire someone that can. That's all.

If anything leaked, I wonder if it'd be something new or yet another version of something we've already heard?
At this point, with the Rock Band 2 files out there, and the official album already a year old ... I'm more interested in hearing some new songs like "Atlas," "The General," "Soul Monster," etc.
