Axl was totally sober as a front person, and the rest were just party-hardy for days on end. That causes problems. Axl was not part of their entourage of partiers most of the time, so that was not a fun thing for him, I would assume.
It’s going to be a totally different situation this time because everybody is sober. Axl is still having a drink here and there, but Axl was never a big drinker before.
You're saying he was a heavy drinker in between?

I believe it's just a contest to win tix to a Vegas show. Winner is named on St. Patrick's Day.
That solves the mystery, the 'three-leaf clover' is actually an ace of spades.
Should've known it's a bit early to announce a Euro tour.
Give it a two-month notice for presales. I expect announcements by Coachella.

"Out of spite and vindictiveness to cause Rose emotional distress and harm," Axl's suit alleges, Azoff used Rose's real name, William Bailey, when he filed his own lawsuit against the singer in March, even though "Azoff knew that the name William Bailey carries significant emotional damage."
And yesterday, when told of Axl's lawsuit, Azoff did it again. In a statement, he said: "On advice of counsel I cannot respond at this time, but will discuss in my upcoming book, My Life With William Bill Bailey."

Yeah, when Duff told Axl he was going to go back on the road with Believe in Me, Axl was a bit incredulous. His line was something in the vein of 'We were just on the road for years, it'll end in tears.'

Would rather just hear some CDII songs if we're talking right now.
That'd be cool, but there's a part of me that would and does feel sorry for folks like Robin and Tommy who laboured on that material for a long time and were robbed from the opportunity to play them live.
We can go around in circles on how they were employees, but creativity is still just that - their personal expression and contribution. It would be bittersweet to hear the UYI/CD hybrid do Atlas Shrugged or The General. I guess I'm in the minority there, but it's a shame Axl left the job halfway done with his band.
