How about a thread where we post music we've made ourselves?
Just spotted the Cowbell 500 thread, and remembered talking with people on here about their own music and the likes.
Maybe seeing as gnr aren't putting out any new music we could put up our own new music in this thread?
I'll go first:

Cant pass up Bucket coming that close. Glad the only option isn't Frisco. I'm gonna try to go to Sac and Fresno but if only one, I'll go to Sac.
Only question is do I risk more hearing loss or wear ear plugs? I'd feel like an old douche bag wearing those but the feeling I had coming out of that last Bucket show when my ears were shot was traumatic. Caused me to miss Soundgarden.
Plugs. Anyone I know working in sound wears plugs.
I've worn them, and I"m 24 fuck it. I'd rather retain my hearing.

That's one thing about Europe I don't like. They seem to be the exact opposite of the problem.
People shouldn't be gun nuts. I've been around them, and they are a joke.
At the same time people shouldn't be so terrified over them, to villianize them without cause. It'd be like taking steak knifes away because they can kill a man.
Even in America, we wake up everyday and can walk the streets without guns or a fear of getting shot. It's really not the big deal it's made out to be.
It's really not a big deal in Europe too. It's a certain type of person who likes to vilify america and make europe out to be a utopia that does that.
It's easy to get guns in europe if you want them.
Even the thing of certain police forces being unarmed is a joke.
There are armed and unarmed units. If an unarmed unit has an issue, the armed unit is deployed. All the detectives carry weapons. The only sections of the policing forces in EU countries that don't have guns are the traffic cops.

They probably won't make much of a splash They seem to be doing what they did for the first album as in touring the shit out of it around clubs and building a fan-base before releasing.
I consider permission to be on par with appetite.

How the hell did you find that?

This is how I look at it. There are 2 main groups.
Group 1:
There are many who won't make an attempt to better themselves. They will collect their cheque each week and exploit the system. They are the same ones who aren't trying to better themselves much now either and are happy to live like urchins ....under the street. They will get a better standard of living at the tax payers expense.
Group 2:
There are those who are not in a position to better themselves but want to. Social welfare will allow them to better themselves. The taxpayer is subsidizing this too.
The question for me is "Am I prepared to pay out to help Group 2 when I know Group 1 will exploit me for it ? Do I care more about helping Group 2 than I do about preventing Group 1 taking advantage ?"
I'm not happy about helping Group 1 to be useless leeches, but I would like to help Group 2. So that's the price I have to pay then.
Either way, benefits for the poor are a drop in the ocean compared to the generation annual bailout theft to banks, insurance companies, airlines etc. How many trillions were paid out to the ultra rich in 08/09?
That point is very true. Morally how can you bail out the rich and leave the poor to rot?
Not a bad argument. It seems to me like some poor people deserve to rot and some rich people deserve to rot too.
Not all poor people though, and not all rich people either.
