unfortunately, it isn't "news". It is hearsay, gossip, speculation unless we can get some sources named.:/

End a rock show with Don't Cry?:haha: I would be out the door or half asleep by the time the first chord was struck. My all time most hated Gnr track.

I don't find the lyrics to be as strong as UYI either.

definitely agree on Izzy and Bucket..but Axl fucked up the Bucket deal with too many hands in the pot. Bucket should have been Axl's Randy Rhoads. He may still be for all we know.

art is subjective and everyone has their own take....believe it or not, but there are people who hate everything Gnr...old and new. And, for the record, Bucket's twat solo is top shelf-for any era Gnr. Period. cool

To put it simply, out of all the studio quality tracks we've heard from the new band, there is not one track that I don't have some form of "issue" with. I like them and some I like a lot. However, they simply don't impress me the way SCOM, Civil War, Estranged, The Garden and Coma (to name a few favorites) did when I originally listened to those.

Bucket was formally around as of Nov 1999 (right after Finck left)/Jan 2000 at the latest according to Jan 2000 RS article (where Axl was actually interviewed in Nov 1999 for the Jan issue.)

"Recently, though, Rose was stung again when former Nine Inch Nails guitarist Robin Finck, who's featured along with a barrage of guitar players - including Paul Huge; cult hero Buckethead; Dave Navarro; Rose's guitar teacher, Gary Sunshine; and Rose himself - left to rejoin NIN on tour."

if anyone were to go in and redo some of Finck's parts as Axl told Loder he MAY do, it could have only been Bucket.

the problem is we NEVER heard about it again from Axl after Dec 1999 so we have no way of knowing what he did with it. I don't think any other musicians who have been involved in the band mentioned it either (past the Loder interview)....that is some detective work for Sic.
