I am not saying I like the idea-for the record. I just see why they would do it under the circumstances. And, like James said, I am in for anything that will get Axl to release music.:thumbup: For that matter, I hate video games to and hate the fact the first release comes from a game.:headbang: but, after 14 years of waiting, I'll take what I can get.

Listen, it is real simple. It is the fastest way to make back the $13million plus more without risking the album tanking. Get your guaranteed money up front. Axl almost had to do this. James, remember that comment from the Velvet Rope....Axl has a "joint venture" with the label. Hmmmmmm.:thumbup:
and tejas, Best Buy doesn't rip me off....lowest priced cd's in my area and that is all I buy there.

I buy all my cd's at Best Buy anyway so I don't care. You can bet your ass it will be on itunes and everywhere else at some point. Everyone wanted Azoff, well, you got him.:| He is out to turn a profit.

Buzz, I agree. This song will not get played at all on any station that plays classic rock. I thought they would go for a more middle of the road track that could hit multiple formats. Instead, they chose to go straight to the youngsters and modern rock radio.

said it 20 times already but the guitars are insane....I guess we know what Bucket can do with a budget and top shelf recording equipment. I find the most interesting part being that Ron plays on it as well. Those two could throw down together.:nervous:

that's the problem with too much material, by too many players, spaced out over too many years....how do you maintain a consistent focus? We'll see someday I hope.

Neemo, the idea is he has multiple albums of material and all this won't be on Chinese. He has been recording for 14 years...just think about all the changes in music since then.:nervous: not to mention the 20 different players involved.
