Good luck to Scott, hopefully he is out of rehab and will get back on track.

Do you guys prefer Layne without AIC (Mad Season) or Jerry's solo stuff (Boggy Depot, Degradation Trip)?

Both are good, Boggy Depot has Jesus Hands and Degradation Trip has my favorite Cantrell solo song...Bargain Basement Howard Hughes but there is no match for Mad Season.  That album (strictly in my opinion) beats the piss out of both solo albums by Jerry.

^This is why Blu Ray was a sure fire hit.  A couple of years ago I stated that the companies who were backing Blu Ray (along with the superior storage capacity) would almost guarantee its dominance.  I'm acutally surprised the war lasted as long as it did.  Thanks for posting that Russ.

I collect different things at different times.  My first phases (still ongoing) has been rare music, then books, rare movies and for the past few months horror masks of my favorite characters.  Do you guys collect anything?  If so tell us about it.  If you have pics throw them on here as well!

Here's my latest finished mask, it's called the "Scarred" and is made to look like Michael Myers from the new Halloween.  I have a few more good ones I purchased over the past few weeks and will get some pics of them up soon.

Baz, of the 4 albums you heard I'm guessing the one with CD on it is the most likely to be CD tongue

Good to know Brain's work is intact, now if I just hear (for a definite) the same news about Bucket I will feel better about what may await.

I think the last two albums were extremely underrated, No. 4 specifically.
I still don't own the 1st two though.

Many people write off No. 4 as being a sellout to try and regain the success of the first couple of albums but I would call it a return to their prime, the first two albums are the best STP you can get...pick 'em up.

Yeah, I totally agree, and know that, and have for a long time.  I just haven't gotten them, I'm not sure why to be honest.  It's just one of those things that I guess I don't normally think about when I'm standing in a record store.

***Actually, this conversation just got me bidding on them on ebay.

Lol, good luck man...hope you get them cheap!

Don't buy toys for kids, don't eat the fish due to mercury, don't eat the vegetation due to E Coli scares, don't eat the meat...yeah, we're getting pretty much fucked.  Tofu anyone?
