I keep hearing really good things from both the band and fans, and with everyone warming up to DuVall, I think my idea towards it has.
Let's just say i'm interested to hear the album at this point. Let's just hope it's not AIC's Cosmos Rocks.
it could be their "back in black"... we'll know soon...

Tyler, I've heard people rave on Clutch before, but I seriously do not remember them. May have to download some of that as well.
definitely start with blast tyrant... it's pepper keenan era c.o.c. with some boogie woogie black label society on fucking mushrooms.... and definitely robot hive/exodus... and the new one strange cousins from the west....
fuck it.... 95% of their discography is ace... and every record has it's own vibe... i recommend it ALL... there is about 4 clutch albums for every kind of rocking mood you might be in.... they are criminally underrated

BTW.... Alice in Chains and Soundgarden WERE the last great bands to come along.
