If I were to get the PS3, which GB do I get? I heard there's one where you can't play your old PS (1&2) games.

The 40 gb isn't backward compatible to the PS2 (without the use of emulators) due to not using any of the same semi-conductors.  The cost for the compatiblility would be an additional 30-50 bucks so it was a choice based on the target price for the 40 gb version to keep it competitive in the market.  The Xbox 360 is not backward compatible and that probably was another reason this choice was made since it didn't seem to hurt the Xbox 360's sales.

Like others, its very odd how no matter how many years go by, the same few songs are always mentioned even when there are claims of 30-80 songs. We've obviously heard some of the best material.

This is something I have feared to be true for some time.  The "Big Guns" statement Axl made a few years back was something I always hoped was "intentional misdirection" but as time passes I believe more and more it was a rare slip of total honesty he divulged while caught up in the heat of the moment rather than his usual tight-lipped approach.

I've heard that Xbox 360 has a better selection of games than PS3 and is a more affordable console while PS3 has better graphics and processing power.

That is it in a nutshell.  If you are looking for the best deal NOW, I would have to say it's the Xbox 360.  Great graphics and excellent library.  It's a solid system and not from Japan 16.  BUT to be fair the PS3 is more powerful and has better graphics (for the most part, but the first generation game graphics of the PS3 were about even with the XBOX 360 as many games were ports from the Xbox) and most importantly by far has much more potential.  My friend has the Xbox 360 and I have the PS3 and after seeing both played for a few months now I must say the Xbox 360 has been a huge surprise and it is a very solid machine.  In short if you want the best bet for now go with the Xbox 360, if you want (and this is totally opinionated by all means, albeit based in experience and not just bias due to owning the PS3) the system that will be the leader come a couple years down the road with the best games and the better format (Blu-Ray) then go PS3.  Bottom line is you can't possibly go wrong with either machine.

This thread is just about shit that makes no damn sense.  Post anything that makes you scratch your head and wonder WTF????

My printer fucked up and I went to buy a new one awhile back.  The printer was really fairly priced, no problem, so Why is it that when I used the ink that came with the printer (which was half full cartridges by the way) I ended up paying nearly as much for the replacement ink cartridges as I did the fucking printer?  Bastards!

I've been out of my mind fucked up before and did some dumb shit, fortunately it was on rare occassion.  With Britney it isn't rare occasion it's the norm.  She's totally and without question fried beyond repair.

I'm more surprised by Jack E Lee being in the project than Steve.  Wasn't too big a fan of Enuff Z'nuff either, they had one or two ok songs.  Be interesting to see what Jack does with the sound of this band.

That was yet another excellent post sic.  I have always believed that the leaks were intentional and originated from none other than Axl.  When Axl appeared at 5:30 am with a couple of friends at the club Stereo back in 06 he offered a private listening in exchange for admission and a closed party.  At first it may have sounded like some partying led to a bad decision but I think it was very much a calculated move.  Soon after this we have leaks.  The leaks have always been to measure public opinion and even more important (as you stated very effectively) to "sponsor" CD as well as to simply earn Axl some more cash. The leaks resparked interest in CD and I personally feel helped push better sales for concert tickets.
